农地流转中的禀赋效应及代际差异

【摘要】：人地依赖关系中的情感依赖维度对禀赋效应的影响大于客观依赖维度,且情感依赖关系对客观依赖关系与禀赋效应间的作用关系起到中介作用;而农地确权则会缓解禀赋效应的存在性。从代际差异看,一方面,在禀赋效应存在性上,新生代农民在农地流转中禀赋效应存在的可能性较低,表明禀赋效应会随着新老两代农民的更替而弱化;另一方面,在影响因素上,情感依赖维度的3个指标、客观依赖维度的土地保障指标正向影响老一代农民的禀赋效应存在性,但这两个维度的所有指标对新生代农民均无显著影响;农地确权则对老一代农民无显著影响,但会显著减弱新生代农民禀赋效应的存在性。
[Abstract]:The affective dependence dimension of human-land dependence has more influence on the endowment effect than the objective dependence dimension, and emotional dependence plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the objective dependence and the endowment effect. From the perspective of intergenerational differences, on the one hand, in the existence of endowment effect, the possibility of the existence of endowment effect in farmland circulation of the new generation farmers is low. On the other hand, on the other hand, the three indexes of emotional dependence dimension and the land security index of objective dependence dimension positively affect the existence of endowment effect of the older generation farmers. However, all the indexes of these two dimensions have no significant influence on the new generation farmers, but the existence of the endowment effect of the new generation farmers will be significantly weakened.
