【摘要】:本文通过构建农民工职业价值观对职业流动行为影响的理论框架,利用全国18个省份随机抽样实地问卷调查获得的一手数据,对农民工职业价值观对职业流动行为的影响进行实证研究,结果表明:职业价值观的不同维度对农民工职业流动具有截然不同的影响,而且这种影响存在显著的代际差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical framework of the influence of migrant workers' professional values on occupational mobility behavior, this paper makes use of the primary data obtained by random sampling questionnaire survey in 18 provinces of China. The empirical study on the influence of migrant workers' professional values on the occupational mobility behavior shows that the different dimensions of the vocational values have different effects on the migrant workers' occupational mobility, and there are significant intergenerational differences in this effect.
