广东农业科技企业孵化器建设对策研究

【摘要】：科技企业孵化器作为促进科技成果转化、培养高新技术企业和企业家的科技创业服务载体,已成为科技创新资源集聚的高地,为区域创新体系建设提供了重要支撑,但广东目前仅有4家省级农业领域科技企业孵化器,农业科技企业孵化器建设相对滞后。分析广东农业产业科技企业孵化器建设的基础优势和存在问题,提出应加大财政资金投入、完善建设路径模式、明确和放宽相关认定标准、推进专业化与特色化发展、建立对口帮扶机制、营造良好建设环境,以加快广东农业科技企业孵化器建设的步伐。
[Abstract]:As a service carrier for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and cultivating high-tech enterprises and entrepreneurs, the incubator of science and technology enterprises has become the highland for the gathering of scientific and technological innovation resources, which provides an important support for the construction of regional innovation system. However, there are only 4 provincial science and technology business incubators in Guangdong, and the construction of them lags behind. This paper analyzes the basic advantages and existing problems of the construction of agricultural science and technology business incubators in Guangdong. It is suggested that we should increase the financial investment, perfect the mode of construction path, clarify and relax the related standards, promote the development of specialization and character, establish the mechanism of helping each other, and create a good construction environment. In order to speed up the pace of Guangdong agricultural science and technology business incubator construction.
