新型经营主体生产性服务对水稻生产技术效率的影响研究——基于12省1926户农户调研数据

【摘要】:基于全国12省1 926户农户调研数据,利用随机前沿模型分析了新型经营主体生产性服务对农户水稻生产技术效率的影响。结果表明,60%的样本农户接受了新型经营主体生产性服务,其中种苗提供、土地平整和机械收割服务的普及率较高。新型经营主体生产性服务能够显著提升稻农的技术效率,但不同稻作环节的服务对不同规模农户技术效率的影响存在差异:对生产规模小于80亩农户而言,土地平整、机械栽插和田间管理服务的作用明显;而对生产规模大于80亩农户来说,种苗提供、土地平整和机械栽插服务的作用更显著。因此要积极推进机械化稻作服务,加强机械化技术集成,提升农机具的适用性和适配性,同时要针对不同规模农户的生产需要和作业条件调整服务内容,着重提高机械收割、田间管理等环节的服务质量。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 1,926 peasant households in 12 provinces throughout the country, By using stochastic frontier model, this paper analyzes the effect of the new type of productive service of operator on the technical efficiency of rice production of farmers. The results show that 60% of the sample farmers accept the productive service of the new type of business agent, in which seed and seedling provide. The popularization rate of land leveling and mechanical harvesting services is high, and the new type of productive services can significantly improve the technical efficiency of rice farmers. However, the effects of different rice farming services on the technical efficiency of farmers of different scales are different: for farmers with a production scale of less than 80 mu, the effects of land leveling, mechanical planting and field management services are obvious; For farmers whose production scale is larger than 80 mu, the role of planting seedlings, land leveling and mechanical planting services is more significant. Therefore, it is necessary to actively promote mechanized rice farming services, strengthen the integration of mechanized technology, and enhance the suitability and adaptability of agricultural machinery and tools. At the same time, the service content should be adjusted according to the production needs and operating conditions of different scale farmers, and the service quality of mechanical harvesting and field management should be improved.
