山东农业投资现状及对山东农业发展影响研究

【摘要】：作为我国农业大省的山东省其支柱产业在山东经济中有着很重要的位置,因此,农业的快速、稳定发展就成了山东省发展的重要目标。农业生产的重要因素之一是农业投资,是农业发展的持续动力。和全国的情况一样,农业资金的投入情况对山东省农业的发展有很大的制约作用。随着我国经济的飞速发展,山东省农业的产业化发展趋势也在加快,农业生产的平均规模在不断的扩大、投资力度也在增强,对资金投入的需求也随之提高。但是,农业生产具有很大的脆弱性,受自然条件的约束比较大,其自身积累能力又有限,部分地区、部分行业甚至只能维持简单再生产,因此,要实现农业生产的产业化发展,必须依靠外部的投资支持。山东农业生产总值占经济总值的比例较大,山东农业的投资却存在着一些体制上的问题,如农业投入不足,投资渠道狭窄,农业投资的各种方法都还不健全等,所以,在完善山东农业投资时应提出新的解决方法,使农业投资能够满足农业发展的要求,对山东省农业的产业化、标准化发展提供很好的保障。本文首先分析了山东省农业投资现在的状况,进而分析山东农业投资存在的问题及不足并提出一些建议,从而为全省农业投资环境的建设提供一定的参考意见。具体研究内容分为以下六个方面:本文首先对投资的相关概念进行了介绍,分别的说介绍了投资、农业投资及特点等。第二是对山东农业及农业投资的目前的状况进行相应的分析,具体分析了财政支农资金、农村集体及农户个体投资、农村信贷支农资金、外商直接投资等五个方面,并利用实证研究对农业投资各投资主体对农业发展的影响进行分析,通过单位根检验、协整检验以及Granger因果检验来研究农民自有资金、集体资金投资、政府财政支出、金融机构贷款和外商投资对农业发展的影响程度,利用实证研究得出的结论是,山东省农业投资各主体与山东省的农业发展有长期的均衡关系,但是不同的投资主体对山东省农业发展的影响程度还有一定的不同,金融机构贷款对农业发展的影响较大,而且比较显著,其他投资主体对农业发展的影响较小;相反农业发展却能促进农业投资不同主体的发展。第三对山东省农业投资的相应的实际情况进行分析之后,找出了山东省农业投资存在了一些问题与不足,如农业投资力度较小,缺乏主体,农村金融机构不健全,农业利用外资规模小等。第四,本文介绍了国内外农业投资现状,通过分析国内外的农业投资现状,得到一定的投资经验,为完善山东农业投资问题提出借鉴作用,进而为山东省农业更好的发展提供好的保障。最后,根据上述分析,提出自己的对策建议,提出研究结论与研究展望

Shandong agricultural GDP accounted for a larger proportion of the total economy, Shandong agricultural investment has some system problems, such as inadequate investment in agriculture, investment channels, various methods of agricultural investment are not perfect and so on, so, in Shandong the investment in agriculture should be perfect proposes the new solution, the agricultural investment can meet the requirement of the agricultural development of Shandong Province, the industrialization of agriculture, provide good protection standardization development. This paper first analyzes the status of current Shandong Province agricultural investment, and then analyzes the problems and shortcomings of agricultural investment in Shandong and puts forward some suggestions, so as to provide certain the reference for the construction of the province's agricultural investment environment. The specific research contents are divided into the following six aspects: firstly, the related concepts of investment are introduced, respectively, said the The investment, agricultural investment and characteristics.
