农旅融合背景下国家农业公园的建设构想与探索实践

【摘要】：随着人们多样化旅游需求的增长和农业产业化的发展,农业与旅游业的结合日益紧密,并逐渐形成新型边缘产业——观光农业。国家农业公园正是观光农业与乡村旅游休闲结合的高端形态。分析了国家农业公园的内涵与特性,对比了与其他农业产业园类型的差异,并从综合管理、资源开发、产业运营、保障措施等4个方面指出国家农业公园的建设路径。案例研究以农业资源多样性的河北省沙河市为例,论述其打造国家农业公园的可行性与实施方案。
[Abstract]:With the growth of people's diversified tourism demand and the development of agricultural industrialization, the combination of agriculture and tourism is becoming closer and closer. The national agricultural park is the high-end form of the combination of tourism agriculture and rural tourism leisure. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the national agricultural park, and compares the differences between the national agricultural park and other agricultural industry parks. The construction path of the National Agricultural Park is pointed out from four aspects: comprehensive management, resource development, industrial operation and safeguard measures. The case study takes Shahe City of Hebei Province, where agricultural resources are diverse, as an example. This paper discusses the feasibility and implementation scheme of building a national agricultural park.
