江西省农产品储藏与冷链物流现状分析及建议

【摘要】：近几年来冷链物流这一词,越来越频繁出现在消费者眼前,冷链物流的定义为冷藏冷冻类食品在生产、贮藏运输、销售,到消费前的过程中一直处于规定的低温环境下,以此来保证食品质量,同时减少食品损耗的一项系统工程。江西作为农业大省,我们应牢牢抓住国家重视“三农”这个机遇,大力发展我省的冷链物流体系的建设。本文在对大量一手调研资料和二手文献资料整理分析的基础上,对江西省农产品储藏与冷链物流现状进行研究,以期为江西农产品冷藏与冷链物流的合理规划、布局及政府主管部门下达决策提供参考依据。江西省农产品储藏存在的问题主要包括以下几点:首先我省农产品储藏技术薄弱,造成农产品腐烂变质,给企业带来巨大的经济损失;从硬件角度来看,我省冷库规模较小,截止到2014年我省冷库总容量仅为18万吨;同时,我省缺乏农产品保鲜技术相关专业的人才;江西农产品生产者与农产品消费者之间的中间环节多,农户生产的农产品往往要几经倒手、层层加价后才到消费者手上。江西省冷链物流存在的问题主要包括以下几点:首先我省农产品冷链物流标准体系不健全,并且冷链物流技术相对落后;其次我省农产品冷链物流流通率较低,冷链物流相关专业的人才也较为缺乏;我省冷链物流的硬件设施欠缺,第三方冷链物流企业发展滞后;我省农超对接模式起步较晚,采用农超对接模式销售的农产品的体量相对偏少。针对江西省农产品储藏与冷链物流存在的主要问题,笔者提出了几点发展我省储藏与物流产业的具体措施:加大政府扶持的力度,推出各项优惠政策;加大资金的投入;加强农产品冷链物流标准化建设;加强冷链物流设备建设以及冷链物流技术的引进;大力发展第三方冷链物流;注重储藏与物流行业的专业型人才的培养和引进;推进物流一体化的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the term "cold chain logistics" has appeared more and more frequently in front of consumers. The definition of cold chain logistics is that refrigerated frozen foods are produced, stored, transported, sold, and have been in a specified low temperature environment during the process of consumption. As a systematic project to ensure food quality and reduce food wastage, as a major agricultural province in Jiangxi, we should firmly grasp the opportunity of the state to attach importance to the "three rural areas". Based on the analysis of a large number of primary research materials and second-hand literature, this paper studies the current situation of agricultural products storage and cold chain logistics in Jiangxi Province. The aim is to provide a reference basis for the rational planning, layout and decision-making of cold chain logistics and cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province. The problems existing in the storage of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province mainly include the following points: firstly, the storage technology of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province is weak. As a result of the decay and deterioration of agricultural products, it brings huge economic losses to enterprises. From the hardware point of view, the scale of cold storage in our province is relatively small, and as of 2014, the total capacity of cold storage in our province is only 180,000 tons; at the same time, In our province, there is a shortage of professionals in the field of preservation of agricultural products. There are many intermediate links between producers of agricultural products and consumers of agricultural products in Jiangxi, and agricultural products produced by farmers often have to be handed down several times. The problems of cold chain logistics in Jiangxi Province mainly include the following points: firstly, the standard system of cold chain logistics for agricultural products in our province is not perfect, and the technology of cold chain logistics is relatively backward; Secondly, the circulation rate of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in our province is relatively low, the talents of cold chain logistics related majors are also relatively lacking; the hardware facilities of cold chain logistics in our province are lacking, and the development of third party cold chain logistics enterprises is lagging behind; the agricultural super docking mode of our province starts relatively late. The volume of agricultural products sold in the mode of agricultural super docking is relatively small. In view of the main problems existing in the storage and cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Jiangxi Province, The author puts forward some concrete measures to develop the storage and logistics industry in our province: to increase the government support, to introduce various preferential policies, to increase the investment of funds, to strengthen the standardization construction of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products; Strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics equipment and the introduction of cold chain logistics technology; vigorously develop third party cold chain logistics; pay attention to the storage and logistics industry of professional talent training and introduction; promote the development of logistics integration.
