德化县新型城镇化与农民增收协调发展问题研究

【摘要】：“三农”问题是我国社会发展的难题,是现阶段党和国家工作的重中之重,而“三农”问题的核心是农民问题,农民问题的关键是农民的增收问题。增加农民收入,缩小城乡差距,不仅关系着我国经济社会的良性发展,而且关系到我国的社会主义现代化、全面建成小康社会和新型城镇化建设的战略目标能否顺利实现。新型城镇化是增加农民收入,促进城乡统筹发展的根本路径。本文以新型城镇化建设为切入点,以福建省德化县为研究对象,采用文献法、问卷调查法、定量分析法、定性分析法、实证分析法等研究方法,围绕城镇化建设与农民增收协调发展问题展开研究。研究认为,德化县城镇化进程发展较快,城镇化水平较高,但农民收入水平较低,城乡差距较大；德化县农民增收与城镇化建设相互影响、相互促进；制约德化县农民增收与城镇化建设协调发展的主要因素有财政投资不平衡、城乡二元体制、产业结构不合理、城乡物流不健全等。笔者认为,应通过农民、政府和社会的共同努力,一起参与到新型城镇化建设和新农村建设中,以推进新型城镇化的发展和农民收入水平的提高。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is a difficult problem in the social development of our country, and it is the most important task of the Party and the state at the present stage. The core of the problem of "three rural areas" is the problem of peasants, the key of which is the problem of increasing peasants' income and increasing their income. Narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas is not only related to the benign economic and social development of our country, but also to the socialist modernization of our country. Whether or not the strategic goal of building a well-off society and a new type of urbanization can be realized smoothly. The new type of urbanization is the fundamental way to increase farmers' income and promote the overall development of urban and rural areas. Taking Dehua County of Fujian Province as the object of study, the research methods are literature method, questionnaire method, quantitative analysis method, qualitative analysis method, empirical analysis method and so on, which focus on the coordinated development of urbanization construction and farmers' income increase. The process of urbanization in Dehua County is developing faster and the level of urbanization is higher, but the income level of farmers is low, and the gap between urban and rural areas is large, and the increase of farmers' income and the construction of urbanization in Dehua County affect each other and promote each other. The main factors that restrict the harmonious development of peasants' income increase and urbanization construction in Dehua County are the imbalance of financial investment, the dual system of urban and rural areas, the unreasonable industrial structure, the unsound logistics of urban and rural areas, etc. The government and society work together to participate in the construction of new urbanization and new countryside in order to promote the development of new urbanization and the improvement of farmers' income level.
