城乡结合部农业地域功能研究

【摘要】：快速城镇化背景下,城乡结合部大量农田被征用开发,农业及其支撑部门的发展受到严重冲击,农业从业人员的生产生活发生重大变化,城乡经济、社会、生态系统受到显著影响。论文在梳理农业区位与功能演变、城市生态安全与食品安全、城乡结合部地域功能,以及新型城镇化等相关理论基础上,构建了城乡结合部农业地域功能体系。认为城乡结合部农业具有:优化城乡生态、加强城乡联系、提升城乡发展和协调城乡关系等多方面功能,尤其在构筑生态缓冲带保护城乡生态环境、降低城市边缘区发展压力,满足城镇居民日益增长的食品安全与休闲、娱乐消费需求,促进新增城镇化人口就业安置,以及加强城乡间产业互动与要素交流,缓解城乡矛盾冲突等方面具有积极意义。城乡结合部农业地域功能的最终实现,需要创新生产经营模式。对城乡结合部农业地域功能实现程度的初步分析表明,我国城乡结合部农业地域功能整体上未被充分认识与得到应有的发挥,此方面理论与现实研究均需要进一步加强。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid urbanization, a large number of farmland in the urban-rural conjunctions have been requisitioned and developed, the development of agriculture and its supporting departments has been seriously affected, the production and life of agricultural practitioners have undergone major changes, and the urban and rural economy, society, Based on the theories of agriculture location and function evolution, urban ecological security and food safety, the regional function of urban-rural junction, and new urbanization, the paper analyzes the influence of ecological system on ecological system. This paper constructs the regional function system of agriculture in the urban-rural joint region, and holds that the rural-urban agriculture has many functions, such as optimizing the urban-rural ecology, strengthening the urban-rural connection, promoting the urban-rural development and coordinating the urban-rural relationship, and so on. In particular, in building ecological buffer zones to protect the urban and rural ecological environment, reduce the pressure on the development of urban fringe areas, meet the growing demand of urban residents for food safety and leisure, entertainment consumption, and promote the employment and resettlement of the new urbanized population. It is of positive significance to strengthen the industrial interaction and essential element exchange between urban and rural areas, to alleviate the contradiction and conflict between urban and rural areas, and to realize the final realization of the function of agricultural regions in the urban-rural conjunctions. It is necessary to innovate the mode of production and management. The preliminary analysis of the degree of realization of the regional function of agriculture in the urban-rural conjunctions shows that the functions of the agricultural regions in the urban-rural conjunctions in China have not been fully recognized and given full play as a whole. Both theoretical and practical studies need to be further strengthened.
