城市近郊风景区土地利用协调研究

【摘要】：摘要：在快速城镇化和市场经济力量作用的大背景之下,我国风景名胜区正遭遇到前所未有的冲击。而城市近郊风景区因其与城市在空间、功能等各方面紧密联系的依托关系,其土地利用正面临着前所未有的挑战。风景区的发展处于“城市发展”与“风景保护”两难的尴尬境地。本文以城市近郊风景区用地为研究目标,针对性地阐述了城市近郊风景区的功能与特征,通过案例数据分析出了城市近郊风景区用地的主要问题。从规划体系及用地分类两方面揭示了出现这些问题的影响因素。在因果分析的基础之上,从发展与保护的协调、功能与结构的协调、管理与实施的协调三方面解释了城景协调理念,从区划范围、规划体系、土地类型、功能结构四方面入手提出了以协调为导向的城市近郊风景区土地利用策略,并提出了具体的操作措施及预期达到的理论目标。本文可能之创新在于进行了一项针对性研究,通过针对城市近郊风景区的土地利用分析,缓解城市近郊风景区在城镇化背景之下的尴尬境地;促进城市近郊风景区用地与城市用地的协调互动发展；为协调城景关系、人地关系提供指导与借鉴。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: under the background of rapid urbanization and market economy force, scenic spots in our country are experiencing unprecedented impact. Its land use is facing unprecedented challenges. The development of scenic spots is in the dilemma of "urban development" and "landscape protection". In this paper, the functions and characteristics of the suburban scenic spots in urban areas are expounded. The main problems of land use in urban suburb scenic spots are analyzed through case data. The influencing factors of these problems are revealed from the two aspects of planning system and land classification. On the basis of causality analysis, the coordination of development and protection is discussed. The coordination of function and structure, the coordination of management and implementation explains the concept of coordination of city scenery, from the zoning scope, planning system, land type, Starting with four aspects of function and structure, the paper puts forward the land use strategy of the urban suburb scenic area guided by coordination, and puts forward the concrete operation measures and the expected theoretical objectives. The possible innovation of this paper is to carry out a targeted study, through the analysis of the land use of urban suburban scenic spots, to alleviate the awkward situation of urban suburban scenic spots under the background of urbanization; To promote the coordinated and interactive development of the land use in the urban suburb scenic area and the urban land, and to provide guidance and reference for the coordination of the urban landscape relationship and the human-land relationship.
