兵团创新型涉农企业技术创新能力评价研究

【摘要】：技术创新是提高企业核心竞争力的关键所在,特别是当前在兵团中发展较为落后的创新型涉农企业,面对如此激烈的市场竞争,这样的企业要想站稳脚跟,让自身的竞争力得以增强,在技术方面的创新就必须要不断加强。当前,国内外在开展技术创新能力的探究方面,一般是以高新科技或者是中小企业作为研究对象,而其中很少会包括涉农企业。二十五家兵团创新型涉农企业中有许多企业是兵团中实力较强的,因此这些企业如果能够实现技术方面的创新,必然能够为相关的企业产生借鉴以及示范作用。因此,对兵团创新型涉农企业技术创新能力评价研究,这是极富意义的行为。首先对于这些企业的管理者来说,这样的行为能够让其更好的了解企业技术创新的现状,同时对于日后的发展方向也可以明确;此外,针对这些企业的发展要求,政府为其提供怎样的技术创新环境才是最有帮助的,也可以通过这一研究有所明确。第一部分:这一部分首先是介绍了本文选题是出于怎样的目的,课题的研究有什么样的理论意义,和现实意义,课题来源于什么,在什么背景下立论的,接下来对国内外研究的关于技术创新,技术创新能力,技术创新评价等文献进行综述,在综述过程中,跟本文的课题相比较,找出与本课题的相同点和不同点。第二部分:这一部分是介绍本课题研究用到的相关理论,比如技术创新理论,技术创新能力的相关理论,技术创新评价的相关理论等等,本论文用到的相关概念,比如兵团创新型涉农企业、企业技术创新的概念等。这些概念的界定和理论的介绍,是为了课题研究做铺垫的。第三部分:这一部分介绍了兵团创新型涉农企业目前在技术创新方面存在的现状。本部分主要是用数据整理,客观地分析兵团创新型涉农企业在技术创新投入、创新产出、研发能力以及创新环境方面存在的现状,从现状中找出存在的优势和不足,为正确评价兵团技术创新能力水平作铺垫。第四部分:这一部分是用来介绍本论文用到的评价方式方法体系的。本部分最重要的就是设计出了评价创新型涉农企业技术创新能力指标体系,并根据指标体系的特点确立了本课题研究要使用的评价方法。然后正式开始对兵团创新型涉农企业的技术创新能力进行评价。首先本文根据第三部分设计的指标体系中的指标变量,整理了兵团创新型涉农企业近几年相关数据,然后进行实证分析,得到评价结果,这部分最后总结了评价结果。第五部分:本部分是本课题的结果部分。在这一部分,本文针对第四部分的评价结果,结合兵团的实际情况,对兵团创新型涉农企业提出了一些关于提升其技术创新能力有帮助的对策和措施,对兵团提出了一些关于如何提升创新型涉农企业技术创新能力的政策建议。第六部分:这一部分是本课题的结论和展望。本部分是对本课题的一个总结,总结出这个课题研究得出了哪些结论,有哪些地方是本文的创新点,本文在研究中有哪些地方做的不到位,哪些问题还需要进一步进行讨论。
[Abstract]:Technology innovation is the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, especially the development of innovative enterprises is relatively backward in the regiment, facing the intense market competition, the enterprise wants to stand firm, to make their own competitiveness can be enhanced, in terms of technology innovation must be strengthened.
