金融精准扶贫现状与思考——以山东泰安市为例

【摘要】：各级党委政府纷纷采取措施,着力加快扶贫攻坚,扎实推进精准扶贫。银行金融机构以此为契机,在信贷支持、对口帮扶等方面进行了有益探索,较好地发挥了"输血者"和"造血者"作用,但同时也面临着配套政策不健全、产品覆盖面不广等问题。论文基于对山东省泰安市社会经济发展和扶贫开发工作情况,以及农业银行推进金融扶贫的相关实践,对金融精准扶贫问题进行了深入研究和探讨。
[Abstract]:Party committees and governments at all levels have taken measures one after another to speed up efforts to tackle major poverty relief problems and firmly promote precision poverty alleviation. Banks and financial institutions have taken this opportunity to make beneficial explorations in the areas of credit support and counterpart assistance. It plays the role of "transfusion person" and "hematopoietic person", but it also faces some problems such as imperfect supporting policy and limited product coverage, etc. Based on the situation of social and economic development and poverty alleviation development in Taian City of Shandong Province, As well as the agricultural bank to promote the financial poverty alleviation practice, the financial precision poverty reduction problem has carried on the thorough research and the discussion.
