【摘要】：随着贵州经济社会的发展,贵州已进入后发赶起、加快全面建设小康的关键阶段,贵州农业的发展也进入了新的时期。农业产业组织能够推动农业产业发展,但农业产业组织类型、方式一定要与农业产业的发展阶段、发展水平相适应,与相应的农业生产关系相匹配。因此,贵州地区要构建合理的有效的新型农业产业组织与产业组织经营模式来适应贵州山地农业的发展。本文对贵州地区现有的农业产业组织形态和组织模式的基本类型、基本特征、运行方式和利弊端进行了系统归纳与分析总结,主要利用合作博弈与非合作博弈等分析方法,一方面分析了贵州山地农业产业组织各主体的运行机制,如分析农业龙头企业间的古诺博弈、农业龙头企业的纵向一体化;分析家庭农场或农业大户的农产品差异性;分析农民专业社间的价格领导博弈等。另一方面,分析贵州山地农业产业组织各运行模式,如“公司+农户”、“公司+合作社+农户”等,这些模式如何通过纳什讨价还价、Shapley值分配法等途径来实现收益的最优分配。最后,本文为政府部门制定促进山地农业产业组织健康发展的政策提供科学参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of Guizhou's economy and society, Guizhou has entered the critical stage of accelerating the overall construction of a well-off society, and the development of Guizhou's agriculture has entered a new period. Agricultural industrial organizations can promote the development of agricultural industries. However, the type of organization of agricultural industry must be adapted to the stage and level of development of agricultural industry, and the corresponding agricultural relations of production should be matched. In order to adapt to the development of Guizhou mountainous agriculture, this paper discusses the basic types and characteristics of the existing agricultural industrial organization and organization model in Guizhou. The operation mode and the pros and cons are systematically summarized and analyzed, mainly by using cooperative game and non-cooperative game, on the one hand, the operating mechanism of the main bodies of Guizhou mountainous agricultural industry organization is analyzed. Such as the analysis of the Cournot game among leading agricultural enterprises, the vertical integration of agricultural leading enterprises, the analysis of the difference of agricultural products between family farms or large agricultural households, the analysis of price leadership games among farmers' specialized societies, etc., on the other hand, This paper analyzes the various operating modes of agricultural industrial organizations in mountainous regions of Guizhou, such as "company farmers" and "corporate cooperative farmers", and how these models can realize the optimal distribution of income by means of Nash bargaining and Shapley value distribution method. This paper provides a scientific reference for government departments to formulate policies to promote the healthy development of mountain agricultural industry organizations.
