社区蔬菜便利店共同配送模式研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的不断发展和人民生活的不断提高,居民对蔬菜的新鲜、品质、便捷、价格提出了更高的要求。社区蔬菜便利店的发展契合了社区居民消费的客观需要。随着电子商务的发展,各种蔬菜销售业态增加,但制约其发展的主要是蔬菜配送模式。如果社区蔬菜便利店想要在竞争中得到长足发展,则必须改变其传统的配送模式,向共同配送方式发展。基于这一思想,本文首先对便利店及共同配送研究进行了国内外的梳理和归纳。从第三方物流的角度提出了社区蔬菜便利店的共同配送模式,并建立了以配送中心成本优化为宗旨的社区蔬菜共同配送的数学模型。其次对社区便利店的现状以北京市为例进行了调研。发现社区便利店采取自行采购自行配送的原因。根据第三方物流现状和社区便利店意愿,得到实行共同配送的可行性。在模型求解时,参数选取参照了北京市情况,合理选取了5家配送中心和26家社区蔬菜便利店在模型求解,在MATLAB里应用了遗传算法,得出共同配送的最优分配。最后对采用共同配送前后在流程、成本、社会效益方面进行了绩效分析。共同配送有利于提高蔬菜配送效率,降低配送成本,整合社会资源。建立社区蔬菜便利店的共同配送模式不仅节约成本,同时为社区便利店的配送提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our country's economy and the continuous improvement of people's life, the residents' freshness, quality and convenience to vegetables, The development of community vegetable convenience stores meets the objective needs of community residents' consumption. With the development of electronic commerce, various vegetable sales formats have increased. If the community vegetable convenience store wants to make great progress in the competition, it must change its traditional distribution mode and develop to the common distribution mode. In this paper, the research on convenience stores and joint distribution is summarized at home and abroad. From the perspective of third party logistics, the joint distribution model of community vegetable convenience stores is put forward. A mathematical model of community vegetable joint distribution aiming at optimizing the cost of distribution center is established. Secondly, the status of community convenience store is investigated with Beijing as an example. It is found that community convenience store adopts self-purchasing and self-matching. According to the current situation of third party logistics and community convenience store will, The feasibility of implementing joint distribution is obtained. When the model is solved, the parameters are chosen to refer to the situation in Beijing, 5 distribution centers and 26 community vegetable convenience stores are reasonably selected to solve the model, and genetic algorithm is applied in MATLAB. Finally, the performance analysis of the process, cost and social benefits before and after the joint distribution is carried out. The joint distribution is beneficial to improve the efficiency of vegetable distribution and reduce the distribution cost. The establishment of community vegetable convenience store distribution model not only saves cost, but also provides theoretical basis for community convenience store distribution.
