农民信息需求与行为的测度评价

【摘要】：“三农”问题是我们国家的根本问题,国家对“三农”问题持续重视,从党中央到各级政府,从宏观战略到具体政策,都在努力克服农业、农村和农民在发展中所遇到的问题和困难。在当今大信息时代和二元经济结构向现代经济结构转型的环境下,信息的作用愈发突出。随着现代信息通讯技术在农业方面的渗透,信息获取利用程度以及信息技术运用的程度对发展农村经济至关重要。而相比之下,农民的信息形势却依旧严峻,农民对信息资源的利用状况并不乐观。研究农民的信息需求和信息行为能加快农村经济社会发展,完善社会主义新农村建设,有利于“三农”问题的解决。研究将农业信息化与信息服务的逻辑起点--农民的信息需求与信息行为作为一个整体进行研究,梳理了国内外相关研究,界定信息需求与信息行为相关概念定义的内涵,探讨国内外的信息需求与行为的理论与模型。然后在用户中心研究范式的指导下,结合心理学、信息行为学等相关学科知识,设计了关于农民信息需求与行为的过程模型,在模型基础上构建了相关评价指标。将多目标决策方法Topsis法应用到农民信息需求与行为模型的测度评价中,并采用信息熵处理各指标权重。最后通过对湖北省地区的实地调查研究,分析得出了湖北省农民的信息需求与行为现状,套用所构建的模型指标,用Topsis法测度评价比较了湖北省农民的信息需求与行为水平。本题研究内容分为六个部分：第一部分介绍论文的选题背景,说明了研究目的,阐述了论文的研究意义,评述了国内外相关领域研究成果。然后阐明了研究方法,制定了技术路线,介绍了文章创新点；第二部分梳理和探讨了信息需求与信息行为相关知识点的概念以及理论,为后续的研究提供理论基础；第三部分为农民信息需求与行为的过程模型和指标体系构建,探讨研究了四种具有影响力的信息行为模型以及三大研究范式,在此基础上,构建了模型与指标；第四部分是测度评价的方法研究,着重介绍了多目标决策评价法Topsis法以及权重计算法信息熵法；第五部分是湖北省农民的实证分析,总结了湖北省农民的信息需求与信息行为现状,进行测度评价模型实证研究,最后提出相关建议政策；第六部分是研究总结展望。总结本课题的研究结果、归纳研究的不足之处、提出对未来研究的展望。
[Abstract]:The issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the fundamental problem in our country. The state has attached great importance to the issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". From the Party Central Committee to the governments at all levels, from macro strategies to concrete policies, they are striving to overcome agriculture. The problems and difficulties encountered by rural areas and farmers in development. In the modern information age and the transformation of dual economic structure to modern economic structure, the role of information becomes more and more prominent. With the infiltration of modern information and communication technology in agriculture, The degree of access to information and the use of information technology are crucial to the development of the rural economy. In contrast, the information situation of farmers remains grim. Farmers are not optimistic about the utilization of information resources. Studying farmers' information needs and behaviors can accelerate the development of rural economy and society and perfect the construction of new socialist countryside. It is beneficial to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". The research takes the information demand and information behavior of farmers as a whole, and combs the related research at home and abroad, which is the logical starting point of agricultural informatization and information service. This paper defines the connotation of the definition of information demand and information behavior, discusses the theories and models of information demand and behavior at home and abroad, and then, under the guidance of user-centered research paradigm, combines the knowledge of psychology, information behavior, and other related disciplines, such as psychology, information behavior, and so on. The process model of farmers' information demand and behavior is designed, and the relevant evaluation indexes are constructed on the basis of the model. The multi-objective decision method Topsis method is applied to the measurement and evaluation of farmers' information demand and behavior model. The information entropy is used to deal with the weight of each index. Finally, through the field investigation in Hubei province, the information demand and behavior of farmers in Hubei Province are analyzed, and the model indexes are applied. The information demand and behavior level of farmers in Hubei Province are evaluated and compared by Topsis method. The research contents are divided into six parts: the first part introduces the background of the thesis, explains the purpose of the research, and expounds the significance of the research. This paper reviews the research results in related fields at home and abroad, then clarifies the research methods, formulates the technical route and introduces the innovation points of the article. The second part combs and discusses the concepts and theories of the knowledge points related to information demand and information behavior. The third part is about the construction of process model and index system of farmers' information demand and behavior, and discusses four influential information behavior models and three research paradigms. The fourth part is the research on the method of measurement evaluation, focusing on the multi-objective decision evaluation method Topsis method and the weight calculation method information entropy method; the fifth part is the empirical analysis of farmers in Hubei Province. This paper summarizes the information needs and information behavior of farmers in Hubei Province, carries out empirical research on the measurement and evaluation model, and finally puts forward relevant suggestions and policies. The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the research. The deficiency of the research is summarized and the prospect of the future research is put forward.
