【摘要】：按经典合作社原则设计的《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》(以下简称《合作社法》)颁布实施以来,经过了近8年的发展,政府及理论界逐渐认识到其在农业现代化进程中的重要性,但同时又被其发展的现实结果所困扰：西方按照经典合作社制度原则构建的合作社曾取得过巨大的成功,与我们相同文化的中国台湾也获得了成功,但为何在我省按经典制度构建的合作社发展却不尽如人意,而在学术界看来具有股份化制度特征、甚至完全异化的合作社发展得却很好(农业部《中国农民专业合作社发展报告：云南篇》,2013),《合作社法》的理想制度设计与现实发展的矛盾冲突迫切需要我们回答：为什么具有股份化,甚至是异化制度特征的合作社在我省蓬勃发展?是什么样的现实省情导致了这一现象的出现?本质是什么?今后我们应该如何进行合作制度创新,以发展具有云南特色的、有效率的、广大农户满意的合作社?本研究的目的正是在于加深人们对云南合作社制度股份化和异化的理解,阐明股份化和异化发生和存在的合理性和深层机理,解释其现实的制度建构和进行中的制度变迁,揭示其未来的发展趋势和创新方向。为此,本文第一章首先收集、梳理国内外有关合作社发展的研究文献,特别是着重梳理当前我省合作社相关研究成果(虽然已经很丰富,但与我省合作社发展的现实要求还存在着明显的差距)。第二章阐述了我省农民专业合作社的发展历程,并依据社长(理事长)和社员问卷的调查结果,深入分析了云南农民专业合作社的发展现状。第三章借鉴前人的研究成果,基于云南农民专业合作社的发展现状,从合作社生产关系的核心——产权所有制分析的两种范式出发,依马克思制度分析(唯物史观)的合理内核,借鉴和吸收了新制度经济学的合理成分,构建了一个崭新的关于合作社发展演进的生产社会化——产权社会化——管理、分配社会化制度分析框架及分析范式,分别分析了合作社产权制度的基本性质、基本模式以及产权社会化的根本原因,从制度层面(产权制度、管理制度、分配制度)深入解析合作社发展、变异的内在机理。第四章是合作社制度安排的成员满意度评价研究及其影响因素分析。由于合作社发展、变革或是变异的价值判断不应来自于政府或理论界,而应来自于广大的农户社员；衡量标准不是视其是否遵循经典合作社或《合作社法》设计的制度原则,而应考量这类合作社所谓的变异制度安排是否能提高广大农户社员的生产经营效率,最重要的是能否提高广大农户社员的实际收入并使其满意——这样的合作社才会有生命力和可持续发展的潜力。因而,我们基于第三章的合作社制度分析构建了合作社成员的满意度指标体系和模型,通过多元有序的Logistic分析,得到了合作社制度安排与成员满意度之间的联系,随后分析了影响制度安排的原因,并深入解析在成员间的多重博弈选择下,令成员满意的合作社制度安排形成的路径及内在机理。最后一章基于前面各章的分析,着重于云南农民专业合作社的发展与创新研究,提出具体的措施及建议,为政府相关部门的政策制订提供决策依据和参考。总之,本文结合云南农业与农村经济的现实条件、广大农户的现实选择,以云南农民专业合作社为主要例证对象,运用一个全新的生产社会化——产权社会化——管理、分配社会化的制度分析框架及分析范式,对云南农民专业合作社的产权制度、治理制度、分配制度进行深入、全面的理论探讨和实证分析,同时运用Logistic计量模型分析了合作社制度安排与成员满意度之间的联系,以期给予云南农民专业合作社的形成与演化一个比较系统的、富有阐释力的制度解说,进而为创新和发展具有云南特色的农民专业合作社提供创新原则、可行性方案与具体详细、并具可操作性的措施等,以加速云南农业现代化进程。

The purpose of this study is to deepen people's understanding of Yunnan stock cooperative system and alienation, clarify the shares and alienation of existence and the rationality and the underlying mechanism, institutional change to explain the reality of the system construction and ongoing, reveals its future development trend and direction of innovation.
Therefore, in the first chapter, the collection, analysis of domestic and foreign research literature about the development of cooperatives, especially focuses on the current research achievements of our province cooperative (although has been very rich, but the reality requires the development of our province and cooperatives are still obvious gaps). The second chapter describes the development of farmer professional cooperatives in our province and, according to the president (director) and members of the questionnaire survey results, in-depth analysis of the current situation of the development of farmer specialized cooperatives in Yunnan. The last chapter based on the analysis in previous chapters, focuses on the research on the innovation and development of Yunnan farmers' professional cooperatives, and puts forward the measures and suggestions, provide decision the basis and reference for relevant government departments to formulate policies. In short, this paper combined with practical conditions of Yunnan agriculture and rural economy, Guangzhou The realistic choice of farmers, to Yunnan farmers' professional cooperatives as the main object of proof, the use of a new production socialization of property right socialization management, system analysis framework and analysis paradigm of social distribution, the Yunnan farmers' professional cooperatives property rights system, management system, in-depth distribution system, theoretical study and empirical analysis overall, while the use of Logistic model to analyze the cooperative between institutional arrangement and member satisfaction, in order to give the farmer specialized cooperatives in Yunnan formation and evolution of a system, explain the rich explanatory power of system, the principle of innovation and provide to the farmers' professional cooperatives with the characteristics of Yunnan innovation and development, feasibility and concrete in detail, and operational measures, to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in Yunnan.
