【摘要】：近年来随着红枣消费市场范围逐步扩大,我国作为世界红枣产品唯一出口国和最大生产国,红枣产业的发展越来越受到关注。新疆维吾尔自治区作为我国红枣的主要产地,红枣产业迅猛发展情况备受重视。选取新疆红枣的主要产区——新疆生产建设兵团最具特色的阿克苏地区进行研究。在对其红枣产业发展情况调研的基础上,剖析了目前新疆红枣产业存在的主要问题:技术落后、信息不畅、缺乏人才、物流不健全、资金短缺和政策不足。采用标杆管理的手段,参照好想你枣业股份有限公司等龙头企业的发展经验,对目前新疆红枣产业供应链中各个节点存在的技术流、信息流、人才流、物流和政策引导、资金助力等问题进行分析、提出对策,希望可以对新疆红枣产业的发展提供系统思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the expansion of Chinese jujube consumption market, China, as the world's sole exporter and largest producer of jujube products, has been paid more and more attention to the development of jujube industry. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region is the main place of production of Chinese jujube. The rapid development of jujube industry has attracted much attention. The main production area of red jujube in Xinjiang, the Aksu region with the most special characteristics of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, is selected to study the development of red jujube industry, and on the basis of the investigation and investigation of the industrial development of red jujube, This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the jujube industry of Xinjiang at present: backward technology, poor information, lack of talents, imperfect logistics, shortage of funds and insufficient policies. Referring to the development experience of leading enterprises such as you Zaoye Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the technological flow, information flow, talent flow, logistics and policy guidance, and financial assistance at various nodes in the Xinjiang jujube industry supply chain at present. The countermeasures are put forward in order to provide systematic ideas for the development of jujube industry in Xinjiang.
