淮安区农民家庭收入结构变化及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：由于我国二元经济结构影响,长期以来,城乡居民存在收入差距。党中央多次颁布一号文件,号召全国各级政府探索本区域农民收入特征,在此基础上改善农民收入来源,增加农民收入,缩小城乡差距。江苏省是我国经济发展最快的地区之一,城市居民人均收入居于国家前列,农民收入也在我国省级行政单位中具有重要地位。然而,与苏南地区相比,苏北地区无论是农民收入来源还是收入增长速度都有较大差异。近年来,以宿迁、淮安、盐城等地市为代表的广度苏北地区大力实施经济转型、新农村建设等政策,有效改善了本地农民收入来源,农民非农收入以及转移性收入有了显著提高,有效促进了本地农民的收入。在这一背景下,本研究以江苏省淮安市淮安区为例,利用历年统计数据和农户调查数据,首先分析淮安区农户收入时间序列变化特征,然后探讨淮安区农户收入现状以及存在的问题,提出提高淮安区农户收入的途径与对策。研究认为:(1)与江苏省其他地区相比,淮安区农民收入处于中等偏下的水平,从时间序列看,主要表现为收入增长较慢、收入结构以家庭经营收入为主等特征;(2)从调查数据看,与苏南地区相比,淮安区当前农民收入中,来源于非农收入尤其是财产性和转移性收入较少,仅占农民家庭总收入的20%左右;(3)通过构建计量模型,认为影响淮安区农民收入的主要因素包括农户平均年龄、受教育年限、非农收入、区域非农产业发展等,其中农户平均年龄和非农收入的影响最大,这对于淮安区逐渐老龄化的社会而言,是一种严重的挑战,也需要淮安区政府基于本地劳动力年龄变化特征有效促进产业转型,发展有利于老龄化社会的非农产业,加快城市化进程,从而有效提高农民收入。论文共分六个部分,第一章为绪论,重点阐述选题意义、研究背景、研究内容、主要研究方法等;第二章综述国内外关于农户收入来源分析及提高农户收入的研究进展,重点分析我国农户收入现状,评价农户收入研究进展;第三章为淮安区农户收入变化特征,以淮安区统计数据为基础,重点分析2005年以来淮安区农户收入来源、结构、增长速率等的变化特征;第四章为本研究农户样本调查数据分析及农户收入现状分析,重点探讨调查农户的收入结构变化;第五章在农户调查数据的基础上构建相关性分析模型,探讨影响农户收入的主要因素,提出淮安区农户收入发展途径;第六章为研究结果及内容,提出城镇郊区农户收入提高措施,为我国新型城镇化过程中农户利益保障以及家庭收入提高提供政策依据。
[Abstract]:As a result of the dual economic structure of our country, for a long time, there has been an income gap between urban and rural residents. The CPC Central Committee has repeatedly issued document No. 1, calling on governments at all levels throughout the country to explore the characteristics of farmers' income in their respective regions, and on this basis to improve their income sources. Jiangsu Province is one of the regions with the fastest economic development in our country. The per capita income of urban residents is in the forefront of the country, and the income of farmers also plays an important role in the provincial administrative units of our country. Compared with southern Jiangsu, there are great differences in income sources and income growth rates in northern Jiangsu. In recent years, Suqian, Huai'an, Yancheng and other prefectures have made great efforts to implement economic transformation in northern Jiangsu. New rural construction and other policies have effectively improved the income sources of local farmers, the non-farm income and the transfer income of farmers have been significantly increased, and effectively promoted the income of local farmers. Taking Huai'an District of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province as an example, using the statistical data and household survey data over the years, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of the time series change of household income in Huai'an District, and then discusses the current situation and existing problems of household income in Huaian District. The paper puts forward the ways and countermeasures to increase the income of farmers in Huai'an District. The study shows that compared with other areas of Jiangsu Province, the income of farmers in Huai'an District is at the middle and lower level. In time series, the main manifestation is that the growth of income is relatively slow. According to the survey data, compared with southern Jiangsu, the current income of farmers in Huai'an area comes from non-agricultural income, especially property and transfer income. Only accounting for about 20% of the total household income of farmers.) by constructing a measurement model, it is considered that the main factors affecting farmers' income in Huaian District include the average age of farmers, the years of education, non-agricultural income, the development of regional non-agricultural industries, and so on. Among them, the average age of farmers and non-agricultural income have the greatest impact, which is a serious challenge to the aging society of Huai'an District, and it also needs the Huai'an District government to effectively promote the industrial transformation based on the age change of local labor force. The paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which focuses on the significance of the topic, the research background, the research content, the development of non-agricultural industries in the aging society, and the acceleration of urbanization. The second chapter summarizes the research progress on the analysis of farmers' income sources and the improvement of farmers' income at home and abroad, focusing on the analysis of the current situation of farmers' income in China, and evaluates the research progress of farmers' income. The third chapter is the change characteristics of household income in Huai'an district. Based on the statistical data of Huai'an district, the change characteristics of income source, structure and growth rate of farmers in Huai'an area since 2005 are analyzed. The fourth chapter is the analysis of sample survey data and the current situation of peasant household income in this study, focusing on the income structure changes of the survey households. Chapter five builds a correlation analysis model based on the survey data. This paper probes into the main factors that affect the income of farmers, and puts forward the ways to develop the income of farmers in Huaian District. Chapter VI is the research results and contents, and puts forward the measures to improve the income of farmers in the suburbs of cities and towns. It provides the policy basis for the protection of farmers' interests and the increase of household income in the process of new urbanization in China.
