商洛柞水县农村电商物流配送模式及路径优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着互联网的不断发展,以及智能手机的不断普及与改进,使得电子商务被大家逐渐熟悉并很好的运用起来。高速发展的电子商务,对全社会的经营模式及经营理念都产生了深远的影响,成为我国新的经济增长点,为迅速发展起来的电商企业提供了条件。而潜在需求及购买力旺盛的广大农村地区,成为了电商企业进一步发展的新领地,各大企业也将竞争触角延伸到了农村地区,积极扩大自己的市场份额。但由于农村消费群体较为分散,以及农村地区经济、交通等各方面的特殊性,使得电商企业在城市的配送服务不能延用。因此,研究电商企业在农村的物流配送有助于推进电商企业在农村的发展进程,有助于发挥电商企业的成本优势,使电商企业能够有效经营,进一步扩大市场占有率,获得丰厚的收益。某公司是一家大型的自营式综合型电商企业,近年来积极发展农村业务,同时,国务院也多次发文强调要加快电商进农村步伐,发展农村经济;该电商较县域的其他电商企业有成本、品牌等优势;但由于相关专业人才较为缺乏,消费者分布较为分散,以及网络设施欠缺,使得农村物流“最后一公里”的配送成本较高,限制了电商在农村的发展,但是农村情况的特殊性也为该电商深入农村发展提供了重大机遇。本文通过分析某电商在农村地区发展过程中所面临的制约因素,结合商洛市柞水县城区域特点及网购消费现状,建立以有能力约束的车辆路径问题为基础的配送优化的数学模型,以企业运输成本最小为最终求解目标,研究该电商企业在柞水县农村地区的配送模式及配送路径问题,最后将混合禁忌搜索算法应用到解决柞水县农村的实际问题中。本文综合应用了理论与实践相结合的研究方法,研究了该电商物流在农村的物流配送状况,在此基础上运用混合禁忌搜索算法定量研究电商在农村的配送路径,得到配送路径优化方案。本文从电商角度出发,研究其在农村的物流配送问题,并实际应用到柞水县农村,这为农村电商的发展提供了一定的理论及实际借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the Internet, and the popularization and improvement of intelligent mobile phone, make the electronic commerce be used we become familiar with and good. The rapid development of electronic commerce, have had a profound impact on the business model and business philosophy of the whole society, has become a new economic growth point in our country, to provide the conditions for the rapid development of the business enterprise. But the potential demand and the strong purchasing power of the vast rural areas, has become a new territory for further development of the business enterprise, the enterprise will also compete in the tentacles extended to the rural areas, actively expand their market share. But because the rural consumer groups are more dispersed, and the rural economy special, transport and other areas, make the business enterprise in the city can not continue to use the delivery service. Therefore, the research will help to promote the business enterprise business enterprises in the logistics and distribution in rural areas In the process of the development of rural industry, contributes to the business enterprise cost advantage, make the business enterprise can effective management, to further expand the market share, get huge profits. The company is a large self integrated electricity supplier in recent years, the positive development of rural business, at the same time, the state Council has repeatedly stressed the need to document accelerate the pace of development of rural electricity, rural economy; the other is the electricity supplier business enterprise cost, brand and other advantages; but because of the lack of relevant professionals, consumers are widely distributed and network facilities lack, the distribution of high cost of rural logistics last mile, limiting the electricity in rural development. But the particularity of rural situation as well as the electricity supplier in-depth rural development offers significant opportunities. Through the analysis of a business is facing in the development process of the system in rural areas Some factors, combined with regional characteristics and consumer online shopping situation in Zhashui County of Shangluo City, the establishment of mathematical model of distribution optimization for vehicle routing problem with capacity constraint based, with minimal transportation costs for the final solution, study the distribution pattern and distribution routing problem in rural areas of Zhashui County, the electricity supplier, mixing tabu search algorithm is applied to solve the practical problems in the rural areas of Zhashui county. This study used a combination of theory and practice, research on the electricity supplier logistics in the logistics and distribution status in rural areas, the distribution route using hybrid tabu search algorithm of quantitative research in the rural electricity supplier on the basis of the obtained distribution path optimization scheme in this paper. From the point of view of the electricity supplier, logistics and distribution in rural areas, and applied to the rural areas of Zhashui County, the development of the rural electricity supplier provides a The theory and practical significance.
