新型城镇化视阈下推进新农村建设的路径选择

【摘要】：本文通过对新型城镇化视阈下新农村建设及其与新型城镇化的内在联系和路径选择的分析,认为新农村建设的根本途径在于融入新型城镇化,要以城镇建设的理念改造提升农村,以城镇的发展辐射带动农村,使新农村建设与新型城镇化共同统一于城乡发展一体化目标。基于此观点,本文提出在新型城镇化视阈下推进新农村建设的路径选择,即应把新农村建设纳入新型城镇化总体布局,着力从建立以现代农业为主的产业体系、完善基础服务设施、提升基本公共服务、改善生态人居环境等五个方面系统推进。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the new rural construction and its internal relation and path choice between the new urbanization and the new type of urbanization, this paper thinks that the basic way of the new rural construction lies in the integration of the new type of urbanization.It is necessary to transform and promote the countryside with the concept of urban construction, promote the countryside with the radiation of urban development, and unify the construction of new rural areas with the new urbanization in the goal of urban and rural development integration.Based on this viewpoint, this paper puts forward the path choice to promote the construction of new countryside from the perspective of new urbanization, that is, the construction of new countryside should be brought into the overall layout of new urbanization, and the industrial system based on modern agriculture should be established.Improve basic service facilities, upgrade basic public services, improve the ecological living environment and other five aspects of the system.
