【摘要】：国家以构建农村社会化服务体系推动农业现代化的战略规划为农村事业单位改革提供了新的发展空间并赋予新的历史使命,而政府购买服务的机制则为以事业单位为代表的公共部门与社会化多元主体有机融合提供了有效途径,推动了农村社会化服务体系建构和发展,这一视角有助于全面理解资本进入农村产业领域和规模化经营主体培育对农村社会分化带来的影响。
[Abstract]:The country's strategic plan to build a socialized service system in rural areas to promote agricultural modernization provides a new space for development and a new historical mission for the reform of rural institutions.The mechanism of government purchase of services provides an effective way for the integration of public sector and socialized pluralistic subjects, which is represented by public institutions, and promotes the construction and development of rural socialized service system.This perspective is helpful to understand the influence of capital entering the rural industrial field and the cultivation of large-scale management subjects on the differentiation of rural society.
