绿色减贫:脱贫攻坚战的生态精准扶贫策略——精准扶贫绩效提升机制系列研究之六

【摘要】：当前,我国生态扶贫模式面临扶贫开发工作者绿色发展理念缺乏、减贫脱贫的短期攻坚与生态扶贫长期发展的时间周期矛盾、"金山银山"的经济效益与"青山绿水"的生态环境的矛盾等问题。应立足于绿色发展的扶贫理念,在脱贫攻坚战的生态精准扶贫发展中增强扶贫开发工作者的绿色发展理念,注重产业扶贫与生态保护的有效结合,实现"金山银山"减贫经济效益与"青山绿水"长远生态保护的双重成效,健全生态精准扶贫的良性运行机制。
[Abstract]:At present, the pattern of ecological poverty alleviation in China is faced with the lack of green development concept of poverty alleviation and development workers.The short-term problem of poverty reduction and poverty alleviation is contradictory with the time cycle of long-term development of ecological poverty alleviation, the contradiction between the economic benefits of Jinshan and silver mountain and the ecological environment of green mountains and riversWe should base ourselves on the concept of green development, strengthen the concept of green development of poverty alleviation and development workers in the process of fighting against poverty and fighting against poverty, and pay attention to the effective combination of industrial poverty alleviation and ecological protection.To realize the dual effect of "Jinshan Yinshan" and "green mountains and green waters" in reducing poverty and economic benefits, and perfect the benign operation mechanism of ecological precise poverty alleviation.
