【摘要】：农业是我国国民经济发展的基础,农业强则国家强盛,农村稳则社会安定,农民富则国民富,这就决定了“农民、农业、农村”问题的解决是我国建设社会主义新农村最艰巨的任务。作为农村建设的策划者,邓小平在了解中国革命具体实践的基础上借鉴外国农业发展经验,提出通过科学技术的进步来促进农业的发展。通过对邓小平农业科技发思想的研究总结出对我国社会主义新农村建设的启示。通过探索分析邓小平农业科技发展思想形成的历史背景、丰富内涵和指导意义,使我们深刻意识到邓小平农业科技发展思想对当今社会主义新农村建设有重要的启示。文章总共包括引言、正文、结语这三个部分。在引言这个部分主要介绍了邓小平农业科技发展思想的选题背景、研究意义和研究现状。正文主要从四个章节对邓小平农业科技发展思想展开分析和写作。第一章,从农业科学技术在世界范围内突飞猛进的发展和当时我国农业发展所面临的机遇和挑战这三个方面对邓小平农业科技发展思想形成的历史背景进行阐述和分析。第二章,在分析邓小平农业科技发展思想形成的历史背景的基础上,对邓小平农业科技发展思想的基本内容进行了总结概括,主要包括“农业是根本,不要忘掉”;提出“农业最终要靠科学解决问题”,明确了发展农业的根本途径;尊重知识,重视农业科技人才;重视教育,重视培育“新型农民”;不断创新农业科技发展体制,确立以生物技术为主的农业发展方向。第三章,根据邓小平农业科技发展思想的丰富内涵分析出其思想的重要指导意义。第四章,由邓小平农业科技发展思想的丰富内涵和重要意义,联系当前实际,总结出邓小平农业科技发展思想的对我国社会主义新农村建设的启示。要抓住农业的“根本”地位;生物技术工程仍然是农业技术的发展方向;抓好对新型农民的科技培训,积极发展我国农村教育;积极培育和引进农业科技人才。完善农业科技投入机制,建立健全农业科技推广体系;以邓小平农业科技发展思想为指导,通过科学技术的进步带动我国农业发展,推进我国新农村建设。论文的最后一部分为结语,总结全篇。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of the development of our national economy. Agriculture is strong and the country is strong, the countryside is stable and society is stable, and the peasants are rich and the people are rich. This determines that "peasants, agriculture,"The solution of the rural "problem is the most arduous task of building a new socialist countryside in our country."As the planner of rural construction, Deng Xiaoping, on the basis of understanding the concrete practice of Chinese revolution, drew lessons from foreign agricultural development experiences and proposed to promote the development of agriculture through the progress of science and technology.Through the study of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, this paper sums up the enlightenment to the construction of new socialist countryside in China.By exploring and analyzing the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, enriching the connotation and guiding significance, we can deeply realize that the thought of agricultural science and technology development of Deng Xiaoping has important enlightenment to the construction of the new socialist countryside.The article consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion.In the introduction, the author introduces the background, significance and current situation of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on agricultural science and technology development.The text mainly from four chapters on Deng Xiaoping's agricultural science and technology development thought analysis and writing.The first chapter expounds and analyzes the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development from the three aspects of the rapid development of agricultural science and technology in the world and the opportunities and challenges faced by the agricultural development in China at that time.The second chapter, on the basis of analyzing the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, summarizes the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, mainly including "agriculture is fundamental, don't forget";The paper puts forward that "agriculture ultimately depends on science to solve problems", which clarifies the basic ways to develop agriculture; respects knowledge, attaches importance to agricultural science and technology talents, attaches importance to education and cultivation of "new farmers"; and constantly innovates the system of agricultural science and technology development.To establish a biotechnology-oriented agricultural development direction.Chapter three, according to the rich connotation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development, analyzes the important guiding significance of his thought.The fourth chapter, from Deng Xiaoping's rich connotation and important significance of agricultural science and technology development thought, combined with the current reality, summed up the inspiration of Deng Xiaoping's agricultural science and technology development thought to the new socialist countryside construction of our country.It is necessary to grasp the "fundamental" position of agriculture; biotechnology engineering is still the development direction of agricultural technology; scientific and technological training for new farmers should be carried out; rural education in our country should be actively developed; and agricultural science and technology talents should be actively cultivated and imported.Improve the mechanism of agricultural science and technology investment, establish and perfect agricultural science and technology extension system, take Deng Xiaoping's thought of agricultural science and technology development as the guide, promote our country's agricultural development through the progress of science and technology, promote the construction of new countryside of our country.The last part of the paper is a conclusion, summing up the whole article.
