辽宁果蔬类农产品“农超对接”物流体系构建研究

【摘要】：在农产品流通领域研究中,实现农产品物流体系的现代化一直是热点问题,而“农超对接”(农户或农业专业合作社与超市进行对接)作为新兴的一种农产品流通模式正迅速发展,在全国范围内逐渐开展起来。辽宁省是农业大省,果蔬类农产品生产规模较大、品种较多,具有“农超对接”的基础条件,但是一些不利因素也显而易见,如农产品物流发展相对落后,农产品物流运输成本较高,物流过程中货损货差比较严重。因此,建立一个现代化的辽宁省果蔬类农产品“农超对接”的物流体系迫在眉睫。本文借鉴“农超对接”己有的研究成果,旨在构建一个较为完善的辽宁省果蔬类农产品“农超对接”物流体系,从而使“农”与“超”的对接更具可操作性,从而推动辽宁省农产品现代物流的发展,切实提高农民收入,提高农民专业合作社的组织化程度,提高超市的市场竞争力,首先在对“农超对接”的内涵和对接的相关主体进行深入研究的基础上,本文结合辽宁省果蔬类农产品“农超对接”的现状,分别从农民专业社层面、超市层面、政府层面分析了辽宁省果蔬类农产品“农超对接”存在的问题,然后,本文对辽宁省果蔬类农产品“农超对接”物流体系进行了具体的构建,包括“农超对接”的主体、“农超对接”的模式构建以及“农超对接”的物流保障体系,最后,本文给出辽宁省果蔬类农产品“农超对接”的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the field of agricultural products circulation, the modernization of agricultural products logistics system has always been a hot issue.As a new mode of agricultural products circulation, "agricultural super docking" (peasant households or agricultural cooperatives connect with supermarkets) is developing rapidly and is gradually developing in the whole country.Liaoning Province is a big agricultural province, the production scale of fruits and vegetables is large, there are many kinds of agricultural products, and it has the basic condition of "agricultural super docking", but some unfavorable factors are also obvious, for example, the development of agricultural products logistics is relatively backward.The transportation cost of agricultural products logistics is high, and the goods loss in the logistics process is serious.Therefore, it is urgent to establish a modern logistics system of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Liaoning Province.This paper draws lessons from the existing research results of "agricultural super docking" and aims to construct a more perfect logistics system of "agricultural super docking" of fruits and vegetables in Liaoning Province, so as to make the docking between "agriculture" and "super" more operable.In order to promote the development of modern logistics of agricultural products in Liaoning Province, increase farmers' income, improve the degree of organization of farmers' specialized cooperatives, and improve the market competitiveness of supermarkets,First of all, on the basis of in-depth research on the connotation of "agricultural super docking" and the related subjects of docking, this paper combines the present situation of "agricultural super docking" of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Liaoning Province, respectively from the level of farmers' professional society and supermarket level.At the government level, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the "agricultural super docking" of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Liaoning Province, and then, this paper constructs the logistics system of "agricultural super docking" of fruit and vegetable products in Liaoning Province, including the main body of "agricultural super docking".The model construction of "agricultural super docking" and the logistics guarantee system of "agricultural super docking" are given. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions of "agricultural super docking" of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in Liaoning Province are given in this paper.
