种植结构区域差异的农户决策经济驱动力量化分析

【摘要】：兼顾农业产业体系调整与种植结构调整需要在自然条件的基础上遵循经济规律,充分发挥区域比较优势。西双版纳的橡胶种植已经极大地挤占了农户种植其他作物的资金、劳动力及土地投入,直接导致了单一作物种植现象,于风险防范不利,于该地的生物多样性保护不利。当地的橡胶单一化种植是否发挥了区域比较优势?农户的种植决策又是否理性,实现了其经济目标? 本文通过机会成本与价格预期进行效率评价方法上的探讨,以实地调研数据为基础,选取西双版纳两个村民小组作为对比案例,通过DEA数据包络法分别测算比较其种植决策转变前后选择作物2014年实际投产效率、基于决策视角的机会成本量化下的投产效率以及农户意愿中价格预期下的投产效率,验证现实作物种植效率结果是否吻合农户种植决策的第一经济目标并给以解释,在此基础上探讨不同区域间要素对农户种植决策行为的影响有何差异以及出现差异的原因。结果显示：曼山下寨村民小组的种植决策行为与作物种植效率比较体现出经济合理性,农户的种植决策行为达到了其经济目标。而攀枝花村民小组作物种植的实际投产效率、基于决策视角的机会成本下的投产效率比较均显示农户的决策行为未实现其经济目标。本文的主要结论为：趋向橡胶单一化种植的农户决策并未体现出区域比较优势。将机会成本量化后加入作物的种植效率评价指标体系并不能解释农户种植的经济合理性问题。交易成本之高导致对橡胶价格的预期偏差造成其种植决策行为无法实现经济目标。不同区域间农户决策行为的经济合理性差异原因在于自然资源禀赋、经济基础、交易成本以及政府干预的不同。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to follow the economic law on the basis of natural conditions and give full play to the regional comparative advantage in taking into account the adjustment of agricultural industrial system and planting structure.The rubber planting in Xishuangbanna has taken up the funds of farmers to grow other crops, labor force and land investment, which directly leads to the single crop planting phenomenon, which is disadvantageous to risk prevention and biodiversity conservation in Xishuangbanna.Does local rubber homogenization play a regional comparative advantage?Is the farmer's planting decision rational and its economic goal realized?This paper discusses the efficiency evaluation method of opportunity cost and price expectation, and selects two villager groups in Xishuangbanna as a comparative case based on field investigation data.The DEA data envelopment method was used to measure and compare the actual production efficiency of crop selection in 2014 before and after the change of planting decision, the efficiency of production under the quantification of opportunity cost based on the decision angle and the efficiency of production under the expectation of price in the will of farmers.This paper verifies whether the results of actual crop planting efficiency accord with the first economic goal of farmers' planting decision and explains it. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the difference of factors' influence on farmers' planting decision-making behavior and the reasons for the differences.The results showed that the planting decision-making behavior of the village group in Manshanxiazhai reflected the economic rationality compared with the crop planting efficiency, and the farmers' planting decision-making behavior reached its economic goal.The actual production efficiency of Panzhihua villager group crop planting and the comparison of the production efficiency under the opportunity cost based on the decision angle all show that the farmers' decision-making behavior has not achieved their economic goal.The main conclusion of this paper is that the regional comparative advantage is not reflected in the decision of the farmers who tend to the rubber monolithic planting.Quantifying the opportunity cost and adding the evaluation index system of crop planting efficiency can not explain the economic rationality of farmer planting.The high transaction cost leads to the deviation of the rubber price, which results in the failure of the planting decision making to achieve the economic goal.The difference of economic rationality among different regions lies in the differences of natural resource endowment, economic base, transaction cost and government intervention.
