X区农产品物流园区冷链物流管理优化研究

【摘要】：近几年来,随着人们对生活质量及食品安全等方面了解的深入及需求的提升,作为物流行业的一个分支,农产品冷链物流得到了广泛重视,并在短时间内取得了飞速的发展。农产品的物流供应以农业采收物为起点并对农产品进行采收及后续的预冷、处理、包装、运输和终端销售等操作,目的是增加农产品附加值以实现增收。研究农产品冷链物流,不仅涉及冷链技术层面的管理与操作,更是对其市场需求、计划调度、风险管控、体系建设等的全面考虑与分析。相比较于传统的物流配送,农产品冷链物流具有更加细化的定量指标,更加广阔的市场覆盖。如何通过准确的计划和完善的管理来保证冷链产品质量、稳定的货源、快速响应终端客户的需求,成为研究农产品冷链物流的意义所在。本文以天津市X区某农产品物流园区冷链项目为研究背景,着重对其农产品的冷链物流环节进行优化分析。从园区的基础设施入手,考虑技术和市场的需求规划,同时辅以政策支持等相关因素综合分析,通过对现有流程的梳理,发现存在问题并定向研究,提出不同的优化管理方式和解决方案。同时采取多维度、多视角的解决问题思路,以发现在多变量共同作用情形下,冷链物流体系的不同模式,从而得到与之匹配的物流规划设计和管理决策方向。本文中的数据都源于X区农产品物流园的实际运营数据,综合了市场需求、农产品采收能力和季节气候等因素的影响,真实地体现农产品在冷链环境中显示出的多变和风险等因素。本论文基于这些数据的分析,得出一些农产品物流园发展规划的实施策略,希望对其他农产品冷链配送企业有一定的借鉴和帮助价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's understanding of quality of life and food safety, as a branch of logistics industry, cold chain logistics of agricultural products has been widely paid attention to, and has made rapid development in a short time.The logistics supply of agricultural products takes the agricultural harvest as the starting point and carries on the precooling, processing, packaging, transportation and terminal sale to the agricultural products in order to increase the added value of agricultural products in order to increase the income.The research on cold chain logistics of agricultural products involves not only the management and operation of cold chain technology, but also the overall consideration and analysis of its market demand, planning and scheduling, risk management and control, system construction and so on.Compared with traditional logistics distribution, cold chain logistics of agricultural products has more detailed quantitative index and wider market coverage.How to ensure the quality of cold chain products, stable supply and quick response to the demand of terminal customers through accurate planning and perfect management has become the significance of the research on cold chain logistics of agricultural products.Based on the cold chain project of an agricultural product logistics park in X District of Tianjin, this paper focuses on the optimization and analysis of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products.Starting with the infrastructure of the park, considering the demand planning of technology and market, and combining with relevant factors such as policy support, through combing the existing process, we find the existing problems and research on the direction.Put forward different optimization management methods and solutions.At the same time, a multi-dimensional and multi-perspective approach is adopted to find out the different modes of cold-chain logistics system under the condition of multi-variable interaction, so as to obtain the corresponding logistics planning, design and management decision-making direction.The data in this paper are all derived from the actual operation data of the agricultural products logistics park in region X, which synthesizes the influence of market demand, agricultural product harvesting ability and seasonal climate, etc.The real manifestation of agricultural products in the cold-chain environment showed the variability and risk and other factors.Based on the analysis of these data, this paper draws some implementation strategies of the development planning of agricultural products logistics park, hoping that it can be used for reference and help other cold-chain distribution enterprises of agricultural products.
