论中国农村经济制度暨模式发展方向——基于宏观和国家治理的视角

【摘要】：中国的农业以及农村经济,现在面临困境。片面的工业化城市化发展战略带来了农业比较收益低,包产到户导致"三农"在社会财富分配中的谈判势力很弱,"三驾马车"理论指导下的发展方式导致国家财政面对农业农村经济衰退而无能为力,个人主义文化以及农业比较收益低又使我国农村农民无法组织起来。"农村集体合作社+多样化混合经营+政府扶持与计划管理"应该是我国农村经济制度(模式)发展的方向。只有社会主义的生产与文化才能解决中国乃至世界农业所面临的囚徒困境。
[Abstract]:China's agriculture and rural economy are now in trouble.The one-sided development strategy of industrialization and urbanization has brought low comparative benefits to agriculture.The negotiation of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in the distribution of social wealth is very weak, and the way of development under the guidance of the theory of "troika" leads to the national finance being powerless in the face of the recession of agricultural and rural economy.Individualism culture and agricultural comparative income are low, make our country rural farmer cannot organize.The government support and plan management of diversified and mixed management of rural collective cooperatives should be the direction of the development of rural economic system (mode) in China.Only the production and culture of socialism can solve the prisoners' dilemma faced by agriculture in China and the world.
