【摘要】：观光农业是以农业生产为基础,观光游赏为内容,休闲旅游为目的一种新型产业。近几年来,随着国民经济的快速发展,城镇居民收入的不断增加,旅游消费市场需求的进一步扩大,越来越多的农业观光园区如雨后春笋般出现在大城市的近郊区域。同时,国家农业结构的调整已向纵深发展,土地政策的改革以及各级地方政府制定的相关惠农政策,更进一步的为观光农业的发展带来动力。本文在查阅收集了大量资料之后,以豫西地区作为研究对象,总结了其近些年来的发展状况,探讨其在观光农业的发展上存在的问题,并对其未来的发展方向从不同角度进行了阐述。首先,通过文献综述说明了观光农业的概念与内涵,分析了它的特征与功能。并且通过对国内外观光农业发展的现状研究及成功案例介绍,从国家层面及政府角度、投资人层面和经营者角度、农民层面和劳动力角度分析了不同的角色和身份人群对观光农业所持的态度和直观认识,解释观光农业在我国快速发展的原因与当下的发展现状,进一步加深了对这一新型产业的认识。其次,介绍和分析了豫西地区观光农业的发展模式和发展现状。豫西地区观光农业的模式类型主要有:农业产业型、农业科技示范园区型、自然资源观光旅游型、农业公园型和历史文化农业公园结合型等五类。豫西地区观光农业发展也经历了大致三个过程,从最初简单的农家乐到如今的产业化集群发展,涌现出了一大批发展态势良好的观光农业示范园区。第三,通过对豫西地区几家极具代表性的示范园区进行全面调查分析,重点分析了三门峡市柳庄高效农业示范园及洛阳市会盟银滩观光农业园等两家典型观光农业园区,得出了不同园区在规划、建设、经营过程中存在的共性及个性问题,对未来豫西地区发展观光农业提供了宝贵的借鉴。第四,通过对豫西地区观光农业发展现状的调查研究,总结了现有行业发展存在的问题,并从不同角度提出了相应对策,尤其着重阐述了以“工业发展理念”指导豫西地区观光农业发展的具体策略,为未来发展指引了方向。最后对本研究中提到的结论和问题进行了讨论。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a new type of industry based on agricultural production, tourism tourism as the content and leisure tourism as the purpose.In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the increasing income of urban residents and the further expansion of tourism consumption market demand, more and more agricultural tourism parks are springing up in the suburbs of big cities.At the same time, the adjustment of the national agricultural structure has developed in depth, the reform of the land policy and the related favorable agricultural policies made by the local governments at all levels have brought further impetus to the development of tourism agriculture.After consulting and collecting a large amount of data, this paper takes the western Henan region as the research object, summarizes its development situation in recent years, and discusses the problems existing in the development of sightseeing agriculture.And its future development direction is expounded from different angles.Firstly, the concept and connotation of sightseeing agriculture are explained through literature review, and its characteristics and functions are analyzed.And through the domestic and foreign tourism agriculture development present situation research and the successful case introduction, from the national level and the government angle, the investor level and the operator angle,From the perspective of farmers and labor force, this paper analyzes the attitudes and intuitionistic understanding of different roles and identity groups to tourism agriculture, and explains the reasons for the rapid development of tourism agriculture in China and the present development situation.Further deepen the understanding of this new industry.Secondly, the development model and present situation of tourism agriculture in western Henan are introduced and analyzed.There are five types of tourism agriculture in western Henan Province: agricultural industry type, agricultural science and technology demonstration park type, natural resources tourism type, agricultural park type and historical and cultural agricultural park type.The development of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan Province has also experienced three processes. From the simple Nongjiale to the industrialization cluster development, a large number of agricultural demonstration parks with good development situation have emerged.Thirdly, through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of several representative demonstration parks in western Henan, the paper focuses on the analysis of two typical sightseeing agricultural parks, such as Liuzhuang high-efficiency agricultural demonstration garden in Sanmenxia city and Yintan sightseeing agricultural garden in Huimeng County, Luoyang City.The common and individual problems existing in the planning, construction and management of different parks are obtained, which provide valuable reference for the development of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan in the future.Fourth, through the investigation and research on the current situation of tourism agriculture development in western Henan, the problems existing in the development of the existing industries are summarized, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from different angles.In particular, the concrete strategies of guiding the development of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan with the idea of "industrial development" are expounded, and the direction for the future development is pointed out.Finally, the conclusions and problems mentioned in this study are discussed.
