基于投入产出分析的土地整理项目管理研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着人口的不断增长、经济建设的持续高速发展,我国的人地矛盾越来越尖锐。我国在大力发展经济的同时,却忽略的农村的建设。农村在我国所占的比重很大,是美丽中国不可或缺的一部分,建设美丽农村离不开土地整理。土地整理不仅仅能够增加土地面积,解决我国人多地少的矛盾,还能有效改善农业生产条件,改善农民的生活环境,土地整理所带来的经济效益还能提高农民收入,一举多得。为了大力推广土地整理,本文以邢台县车尖村土地整理项目为例,对土地整理前后的投入和产出进行分析研究,探讨土地整理是否能从各方面带来利益,以及如何管理好一个土地整理项目,从而为美丽中国建设添砖加瓦。本文主要分为5个部分:第一部分主要介绍了当前本文的研究背景、目的和意义,对国内外关于土地整理的研究进行了大致梳理,对论文的研究方法和技术路线进行介绍。第二部分主要介绍了有关土地整理的定义和相关理论,还介绍了土地整理的模式。第三部分主要分析了邢台市的土地利用现状,从内涵和外延两个方面分析了邢台市土地整理的潜力。第四部分以河北省邢台市邢台县车尖村土地整治项目为例,从土地整理的前的投入、产出分析入手,研究分析通过土地整理是否能提高土地的生产水平,增加粮食产量,改善农民生活环境,进而不断增强土地的可持续发展能力。第五部分主要探讨了如何更好地做好土地整理的管理工作,使这项工作能够长期扎实的进行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous growth of population and the sustained rapid development of economic construction, the contradiction between human and land is becoming more and more acute.Our country develops economy energetically, but neglects the rural construction.Rural areas in China account for a large proportion, is an indispensable part of beautiful China, the construction of beautiful countryside can not do without land consolidation.Land consolidation can not only increase the land area, solve the contradiction between people and land, but also effectively improve the conditions of agricultural production, improve the living environment of farmers. The economic benefits brought by land consolidation can also increase the income of farmers.In order to popularize land consolidation, this paper takes Cheijian Village Land consolidation Project of Xingtai County as an example, analyzes the input and output before and after land consolidation, and discusses whether land consolidation can bring benefits from various aspects.And how to manage a land consolidation project, thus contributing to the construction of beautiful China.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the current research background, purpose and significance of this paper, the research on land consolidation at home and abroad has been roughly combed, and the research methods and technical route of the paper are introduced.The second part mainly introduces the definition and related theory of land consolidation, and also introduces the mode of land consolidation.The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of land use in Xingtai City, and analyzes the potential of land consolidation in Xingtai City from two aspects: connotation and extension.The fourth part takes the land renovation project of Cheijian Village, Xingtai County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province as an example, starting with the analysis of input and output before land consolidation, to study whether land consolidation can improve the level of land production and increase grain production.Improve the living environment of farmers, and then continue to strengthen the ability of sustainable development of land.The fifth part mainly discusses how to do better land consolidation management, so that this work can be carried out in a long and solid manner.
