基于基本农田质量评价的障碍因素分析及生产潜力挖掘研究

【摘要】：众所周知,基本农田是我国人民赖以生存的基本保障,它关系到我国的粮食安全问题,因此在我国发展的过程中,基本农田对我国的积极发展和社会稳定有着深远的影响。其实保护耕地的本质内涵就是保护基本农田,在深一步来讲,保护基本农田就是保护我们的生产资料,基本农田是我们生命的保障。国家在进行社会主义发展的道路上必须要加强对基本农田的保护与维护,这在一个国家的发展史上起着重要的的作用。但是就目前我国的发展状况来讲,我国在基本农田保护方面存在很多不足之处。其最突出的问题就是过分的注重基本农田可耕田地的数量,而忽视了对这些基本农田质量的提高,并且在空间分布的状况来看也存在分布不均的状况。这些不足就导致我国相关部门在对基本农田进行划分的过程中,出现划分不合理的状况,如何通过提高基本农田的质量来提高基本农田的生产能力,是一个亟待解决的问题。本文以富县为例,研究基本农田质量为依托,然后根据基本农田的基本状况进行等级的分类,因此国家针对当前我国各个地区基本农田的大致状况,对农田进行划分,而划分的标准就是全面提高基本农田的质量,这也是进行等级分配的目的所在,分析当前影响基本农田质量的障碍因素,并结合已有的农用地分等定级数据,选取有效土层厚度、土壤剖面构型、土壤有机质含量、地形坡度、灌溉保证率、土壤侵蚀程度六个障碍因子,找到提高基本农田的有效途径,挖掘基本农田的生产潜力,为合理利用基本农田,提高基本农田质量,切实保护基本农田提供理论依据和技术支持。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the basic farmland is the basic guarantee of our people's survival, it is related to the food security of our country, so in the process of our country's development, the basic farmland has far-reaching influence on the positive development and social stability of our country.In fact, the essential connotation of protecting cultivated land is to protect basic farmland. In a deep sense, protecting basic farmland is protecting our means of production, and basic farmland is the guarantee of our life.The state must strengthen the protection and maintenance of basic farmland on the road of socialist development, which plays an important role in the history of a country's development.However, there are many deficiencies in the protection of basic farmland in our country.The most prominent problem is to pay too much attention to the number of basic farmland arable fields, but ignore the improvement of the quality of these basic farmland, and in the situation of spatial distribution, there is also uneven distribution.These deficiencies lead to unreasonable division of basic farmland in the process of division of basic farmland. How to improve the production capacity of basic farmland through improving the quality of basic farmland is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes Fuxian County as an example, studies the quality of basic farmland, and then classifies it according to the basic condition of basic farmland. Therefore, the country divides the farmland according to the general condition of basic farmland in various regions of our country.The standard of division is to improve the quality of basic farmland in an all-round way, which is also the purpose of grade distribution, to analyze the current obstacles affecting the quality of basic farmland, and to combine the existing grading data of agricultural land.The effective soil layer thickness, soil profile configuration, soil organic matter content, topographic slope, irrigation guarantee rate and soil erosion degree were selected to find an effective way to improve the basic farmland and tap the productive potential of the basic farmland.It provides theoretical basis and technical support for rational utilization of basic farmland, improvement of basic farmland quality and practical protection of basic farmland.
