延边地区乡村旅游发展的现状及其路径选择

【摘要】：乡村旅游的发展与一定的经济、社会、政策背景紧密相关。伴随着改革开放的不断深入,我国国民经济取得重大成就,但是,区域和产业发展不平衡开始凸显,农业、农村、农民问题成为党和国家的重中之重。“三农”问题可谓千头万绪,在此之中,乡村旅游的发展关系到社会主义新农村建设的推进和农民的增产增收,因此,得到各级政府的高度重视。2015年中央一号文件提出,要积极开发农业多种功能,挖掘乡村生态休闲、旅游观光、文化教育价值。可见,从国家和政府层面上来讲,对于发展乡村旅游的重视程度已经显著提高。从发展乡村旅游业的条件上来看,延边地区具有丰富的自然景观、独特的朝鲜族民俗文化和优越的政策支持,在客体、内容等方面为发展乡村旅游发展提供了必要的条件。但是,与其他乡村旅游业发展较成熟的地区相比,延边地区乡村旅游发展起步较晚,基本上还处于萌芽状态,多数乡村旅游资源亟待开发或开发不完善。可以说,对延边地区乡村旅游发展的相关问题进行调查研究,对于推动延边地区乡村旅游的发展,实现农村产业结构调整升级和社会主义新农村建设的目标具有重要的现实意义和战略意义。本文在阐述了乡村旅游基本理论的基础上,结合延边地区农业和旅游业发展实际情况,对延边地区乡村旅游发展基本现状以及存在的问题进行了客观分析,提出延边地区乡村旅游发展的路径选择包括以下几个方面：选择适宜的乡村旅游发展模式；培育乡村旅游经营主体；实施乡村旅游产品升级策略。
[Abstract]:The development of rural tourism is closely related to certain economic, social and policy background. With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's national economy has made great achievements, but the imbalance of regional and industrial development began to highlight, agriculture, rural areas, farmers have become the most important issue of the Party and the country. Among these problems, the development of rural tourism is related to the development of new socialist countryside construction and the increase of farmers' income and production. Therefore, the governments at all levels attach great importance to it. We should actively develop the various functions of agriculture and tap the value of rural ecological leisure, tourism, culture and education. Therefore, from the national and government level, the importance of rural tourism has been significantly increased. In terms of the conditions of developing rural tourism, Yanbian has abundant natural landscape, unique Korean folk culture and superior policy support, which provides necessary conditions for the development of rural tourism in the aspects of object and content. However, compared with other mature rural tourism areas, the development of rural tourism in Yanbian started relatively late, basically in the embryonic state, most of the rural tourism resources need to be developed or not perfect. It can be said that the investigation and study of the problems related to the development of rural tourism in Yanbian area will promote the development of rural tourism in Yanbian area. It is of great practical and strategic significance to realize the goal of the adjustment and upgrading of rural industrial structure and the construction of new socialist countryside. On the basis of expounding the basic theory of rural tourism and combining with the actual situation of agriculture and tourism development in Yanbian area, this paper makes an objective analysis of the basic status quo and existing problems of rural tourism development in Yanbian area. The path choice of rural tourism development in Yanbian area includes the following aspects: choosing the suitable rural tourism development mode, cultivating the main body of rural tourism management and implementing the strategy of upgrading rural tourism products.
