世界银行林业生态扶贫的主要经验和政策启示

【摘要】：世界银行在生态扶贫领域通过科学而全面的项目设计,坚持将林业发展、能力建设以及科技支撑等作为生态扶贫项目的重要部分,扶贫工作取得了显著的成绩。文章通过对世行官方报告、项目评估资料和世行咨询专家提供的观点等资料的梳理总结,介绍了世行先进的林业生态扶贫经验,以期为国内探索生态扶贫新机制、拓展生态扶贫视野和格局、加快脱贫攻坚步伐提供参考。
[Abstract]:Through scientific and comprehensive project design in the field of ecological poverty alleviation, the World Bank insists on taking forestry development, capacity building and scientific and technological support as an important part of the ecological poverty alleviation project, and has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation work. Through combing and summing up the official report of the World Bank, the project evaluation data and the viewpoints provided by the World Bank's consultant experts, the paper introduces the Bank's advanced experience of forestry ecological poverty alleviation, in order to explore a new mechanism for ecological poverty alleviation in China. Expand the vision and pattern of ecological poverty alleviation, speed up the pace of poverty relief to provide reference.
