合作社农业产业链服务供给及其影响因素分析

【摘要】：基于浙江省农民合作社数据,分析合作社农业产前、产中、产后和融资服务的供给状况,并对其影响因素进行理论探讨和实证检验。结果表明:大多数合作社为成员提供产前和产后服务,其次是融资服务,仅有不足一半的合作社提供了产中服务;提高领导人人力资本和激励领导人有利于合作社各项农业产业链服务供给;扩大成员规模则有利于合作社产后和融资服务供给;外部力量介入显著正向影响合作社产后服务供给;优越的市场条件不利于合作社产前和产后服务供给。此外,产品类型对合作社农业产业链服务供给有一定程度的影响。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of farmers' cooperatives in Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the supply of agricultural antenatal, post-production, postnatal and financing services in cooperative agriculture, and makes a theoretical discussion and empirical test on the influencing factors. The results show that: most cooperatives provide antenatal and postnatal services for members, followed by financing services, and only less than half provide in-production services; Improving leaders' human capital and motivating leaders are conducive to the supply of agricultural industrial chain services in cooperatives, while expanding the size of members is conducive to the supply of post-natal and financing services for cooperatives; The intervention of external forces has a significant positive impact on the supply of post-natal services in cooperatives, and the superior market conditions are not conducive to the supply of pre-natal and post-natal services in cooperatives. In addition, product types have a certain degree of influence on cooperative agricultural industrial chain service supply.
