中粮肇东公司玉米检验系统的改进研究

【摘要】:粮食检验环节困扰着国内很多粮食深加工企业。随着科技的进步,粮食检验技术随之大幅提高,由过去的人工感官检验发展到现在的仪器检验,粮食检验技术的进步不仅提高了检验效率,同时也大大提高了检验的准确率。 现在原有的人工粮食检验已无法满足企业快速发展的要求,因此,肇东公司在2010年引进了一套玉米检验系统。玉米检验系统大大加快了玉米的检验效率和准确性,但随着几年的运行,大量的问题也暴露出来,例如扦样点分布不均匀,防作弊功能不强等。究其原因虽然引进的粮食检验系统,但并不适合肇东公司特定的条件和环境,因此要想发挥粮食检验系统的全部能力,必须对其进行改造,使其适应肇东公司的环境及要求,发挥其新技术的优势,成为肇东公司发展的一个助力。 论文分四部分。第一章通过对玉米检验系统的介绍,阐述了目前玉米检验系统的现状,通过对论文的研究背景及目的、研究的问题的意义和研究的内容和方法的讨论,对问题逐步进行展开论述。 第二章对肇东公司玉米检验系统进行研究和分析,通过对肇东公司企业概况的介绍,阐述了肇东公司玉米检验系统现状及存在问题,同时对问题的成因加以详细分析,将问题分析透彻,找到原因所在。具体研究过程针对两个主要问题,扦样点分布不均匀以及防作弊功能不强进行详细分析。通过分析主要原因在于先进的粮食检验系统,但并不适合肇东公司特定的条件和环境,因此要想发挥粮食检验系统的全部能力,必须对其进行改造,使其适应肇东公司的环境及要求,发挥其新技术的优势。 第三章通过肇东公司玉米检验系统的探讨和原因分析,提出了改进优化方案原则和目标。研究认为通过改进玉米扦样方法、提高检验结果的准确率、规避扦样和检验过程的作弊风险等改进措施能达到解决问题的效果,并对优化方案进行必要的验证,,以确定其运行状态和解决问题的效果。良好效果的优化方案将成为提高公司玉米检验系统有效手段,并对今后的玉米检验系统工作起到指导和借鉴意义。 最后,为确保玉米检验系统改进方案的有效实施,需要公司提供切实可靠的保障措施,其中包括优化玉米检验系统管理制度、完善玉米检验系统作业流程、改进玉米扦样和检验过程的技术环节,以期能达到用最佳优化方案来解决此类问题。
[Abstract]:Food inspection is puzzling many food processing enterprises in China. With the progress of science and technology, the grain inspection technology has been greatly improved, from the past artificial sensory inspection to the present instrument inspection. The progress of grain inspection technology not only improves the inspection efficiency, but also greatly improves the accuracy of inspection. Now the original artificial grain inspection can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of enterprises, so Zhaodong company introduced a set of corn inspection system in 2010. Maize inspection system greatly speeds up the efficiency and accuracy of maize inspection, but with the operation of several years, a large number of problems are also exposed, such as uneven distribution of sampling points, weak anti-cheating function and so on. The reason is that although the imported grain inspection system is not suitable for the specific conditions and environment of Zhaodong Company, it must be adapted to the environment and requirements of Zhaodong Company in order to bring the full capacity of the grain inspection system into full play. Therefore, if we want to give full play to the full capacity of the grain inspection system, we must transform it. Make it adapt to the environment and requirements of Zhaodong Company, give play to its advantages of new technology. In the third chapter, through the discussion and reason analysis of maize inspection system in Zhaodong Company, the principles and objectives of improving optimization scheme are put forward. Through improving the method of maize sampling, improving the accuracy of test results, avoiding the risk of sampling and cheating in the process of inspection, the improvement measures can solve the problem and verify the optimization scheme. To determine its running status and problem-solving effect. The optimization scheme with good effect will become an effective means to improve the corn inspection system of the company, and will play a guiding and referential role in the future work of corn inspection system. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the corn inspection system improvement program, the company needs to provide practical and reliable safeguard measures, including optimizing the corn inspection system management system, improving the corn inspection system operation process, In order to solve this kind of problem, we can improve the technology of corn sampling and inspection process in order to solve this kind of problem with the best optimization scheme.
