养禽企业ERP系统的探索与研发

【摘要】:我国养禽企业的发展面临着成本高、资源浪费、管理混乱三方面问题,解决问题的关键在于如何掌握并运用科学手段整合、优化资源配置。作为优化资源配置工具,ERP系统在制造业等其他各行业领域已经获得丰硕成果。ERP系统能够根据企业的实际需求,整合企业内外信息,作出科学决策,提高管理者决策水平。结合生产流程,以标准化要求进行批量生产,降低生产成本,提高企业效益。通过对计算机技术的使用,实现企业信息共享,加速企业信息化进程。如何将ERP系统的成功模式复制到养禽企业中,将成为ERP系统研究新方向。本文首先基于养禽企业的特点,详细阐述了养禽企业生产链条,指出养禽企业生产链条的流程为育苗、饲养、加工生产、销售。通过对生产链条的分析,发现生产过程中存在的资源浪费、成本过高、资源配置不合理等诸多问题,指出养禽企业ERP系统设计的必要性。根据生产流程过程中产生的信息流、物流、资金流,提出对养禽企业ERP系统的结构设计,系统划分为生产管理系统、采购管理系统、库存管理系统、销售管理系统、财务管理系统、物流管理系统、疫病防治管理系统、人力资源管理系统和系统管理九个子系统,并对每个子系统的组织结构、数据库作出进一步设计、分析。其次,根据系统功能强大、简单易行、界面友好等特点,提出系统的逻辑架构、C/S访问模式,以及各个子系统之间的相互关系。利用Microsoft Visual Studio2010 Express C#语言与SQL Server 2008R2数据库技术及其他相关计算机技术,实现了对养禽企业ERP系统的设计、编程。文中最后主要实现对养禽企业ERP系统的模拟运用及结果分析。根据养禽企业特点,进行案例选择、分析,指出案例选择的合理性、可行性。在做好各项准备基础上,模拟企业对养禽企业ERP系统的运用。完成了企业从生产到销售各个环节信息的传递、处理、保存、共享,实现了物料精确计算、采购订单制作、库存物料信息管理、销售产品预测、人力资源配置、物流管理、家禽健康管理等,整合企业资源、优化资源配置。
[Abstract]:The development of poultry enterprises in China is faced with three problems: high cost, waste of resources and confusion in management. The key to solve the problems lies in how to master and use scientific means to integrate and optimize the allocation of resources. ERP system, as a tool for optimizing resource allocation, has achieved fruitful results in other fields such as manufacturing industry. ERP system can integrate internal and external information, make scientific decisions and improve the level of decision-making of managers according to the actual needs of enterprises. Combined with the production process, to standardize the requirements of mass production, reduce production costs, improve the efficiency of the enterprise. Through the use of computer technology to achieve enterprise information sharing, accelerate the process of enterprise information. How to copy the successful model of ERP system to poultry enterprises will become a new research direction of ERP system. Based on the characteristics of poultry enterprises, this paper expounds the production chain of poultry enterprises in detail, and points out that the process of production chain of poultry enterprises is seedling raising, raising, processing, producing and selling. Through the analysis of the production chain, it is found that there are many problems in the production process, such as waste of resources, high cost, unreasonable allocation of resources, etc. The necessity of the design of ERP system in poultry raising enterprises is pointed out. According to the information flow, material flow and capital flow produced in the process of production, the structure design of ERP system in poultry enterprises is put forward. The system is divided into production management system, purchasing management system, inventory management system, sales management system, etc. Financial management system, logistics management system, epidemic disease prevention and control management system, human resources management system and system management nine subsystems, and the organizational structure of each subsystem, database design, analysis. Secondly, according to the features of the system, such as powerful function, simplicity and friendly interface, the logical architecture of the system is presented, and the access mode of C / S and the relationship between the subsystems are presented. Using Microsoft Visual Studio2010 Express C # language, SQL Server 2008R2 database technology and other related computer technology, the design and programming of ERP system of poultry enterprises are realized. In the end, the paper mainly realizes the simulation and application of ERP system in poultry enterprises and the analysis of the results. According to the characteristics of poultry enterprises, case selection and analysis are carried out, and the rationality and feasibility of case selection are pointed out. On the basis of preparation, simulate the application of ERP system in poultry enterprises. Complete the enterprise from production to sales of all aspects of information transmission, processing, preservation, sharing, the realization of accurate material calculation, purchase order making, inventory information management, sales forecasting, human resources allocation, logistics management, Poultry health management, integration of enterprise resources, optimization of resource allocation.
