历史比较视野下的土地冲突:土地权力与土地权利的互动

【摘要】：文章在历史比较视野下对土地冲突的形态变迁进行了考察,并明确了当下中国土地冲突的历史方位。研究表明,不同的历史社会条件下土地冲突有着不同的内涵和意蕴:传统时期的土地冲突本质上是生存危机引发的权力争端;革命时期的土地冲突本质上是权利建构引起的社会重组;而现代社会的土地冲突本质上是权利诉求带来的秩序调整。当下中国虽然从时序上看是现代的,但事实上处于一种祛除未净的前近代政治社会传统与应接不暇的后现代风险扩散的"对冲"当中,因此当前的土地冲突既带有"权力冲突"的特征,又呈现出"土地风险"的样态。
[Abstract]:In the view of historical comparison, the paper investigates the change of land conflict and clarifies the historical orientation of land conflict in China. The study shows that land conflicts have different connotations and implications under different historical and social conditions: land conflicts in traditional times are essentially power disputes caused by survival crisis; The land conflict in the revolutionary period is essentially a social reorganization caused by the construction of rights, while the land conflict in the modern society is essentially an adjustment of the order brought about by the claim of rights. Although China is modern in time series, it is in fact in a "hedge" between the unclean pre-modern political and social tradition and the overflowing post-modern risk diffusion. Therefore, the current land conflict has the characteristics of "power conflict" and "land risk".
