常宁市茶叶产业发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着市场竞争变得越来越激烈,产业的发展也变得愈加艰难,此时,运用科学的管理思想指导产业的发展显得至关重要。只有掌握了科学的管理方法,才能够在复杂的市场环境中发现自身的优势、劣势,才能够抓住市场中稍纵即逝的机会,规避市场中出现的威胁。可以说,科学的战略指导是现代产业生存所必不可少的重要内容。本文以常宁市茶叶产业为研究对象,通过运用战略管理思想对常宁市的茶叶产业的发展指明方向。具体是通过文献综述法、比较研究法以及具体战略管理工具——SWOT分析法对常宁市茶叶产业的战略环境做了一个细致的分析。不仅明确了常宁市茶叶产业自身的优势、劣势,同时也指明了市场中存在的机会和威胁。结合研究成果,给出了常宁市的相关部门可以采取具体的对策抓住市场中的机会,扩大茶叶产业的优势,为常宁市茶叶产业更好的发展指明方向。本文主要分为六个章节。第一章为绪论部分,主要介绍了本文的研究背景、意义、国内外研究现状以及本文研究的主要内容和研究方法。第二章主要介绍产业发展理论和战略管理的相关理论。第三章主要是对国内外茶叶产业的发展现状与趋势进行分析,介绍常宁茶叶发展的现状与存在的问题。第四章主要是应用SWOT分析方法,分析常宁茶叶产业发展环境,分析常宁茶叶产业发展存在的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,构建SWOT分析矩阵。第五章对常宁茶叶产业的发展战略定位,明确指导思想与战略目标,并提出了相应的发展战略。第六章主要是从政府支持、资金投入、组织领导、人才培养、扶持龙头企业的发展等方面,为常宁茶叶产业发展战略的实施提出可行的政策建议。
[Abstract]:As the market competition becomes more and more fierce, the development of industry becomes more and more difficult. At this time, it is very important to use scientific management thought to guide the development of industry. Only by mastering scientific management methods can we find our own strengths and weaknesses in the complex market environment, seize the fleeting opportunities in the market and avoid the threats in the market. It can be said that scientific strategic guidance is an essential and important content for the survival of modern industries. This paper takes the tea industry of Changning as the research object, and points out the direction of the development of the tea industry in Changning by using the strategic management thought. This paper makes a detailed analysis on the strategic environment of tea industry in Changning City by means of literature review, comparative research and specific strategic management toolsSWOT analysis. It not only clarifies the advantages and disadvantages of Changning tea industry, but also points out the opportunities and threats in the market. Combined with the research results, the relevant departments of Changning City can take concrete countermeasures to seize the opportunities in the market, expand the advantages of the tea industry, and point out the direction for the better development of the tea industry in Changning City. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research status, and the main content and research methods of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the theory of industry development and the theory of strategic management. The third chapter mainly analyzes the present situation and trend of tea industry at home and abroad, and introduces the present situation and existing problems of Changning tea industry. The fourth chapter mainly uses the SWOT analysis method, analyzes the Changning tea industry development environment, analyzes the Changning tea industry development existence superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the threat, constructs the SWOT analysis matrix. The fifth chapter defines the development strategy of Changning tea industry, defines the guiding ideology and strategic goal, and puts forward the corresponding development strategy. The sixth chapter is mainly from the government support, capital input, organizational leadership, talent training, support the development of leading enterprises and other aspects, for the implementation of Changning tea industry development strategy put forward feasible policy recommendations.
