新疆农村居民消费结构变动及合理化研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着国际金融危机后国外市场萎缩,国内过度依赖投资的发展模式弊端显现,内需的扩大成为经济发展模式转变的关键。新疆地域广阔,矿产资源丰富,经济发展有着典型的资源能源依赖性,在当前经济形势下,要保持经济稳定高速增长,更需要重视消费在经济发展的作用。消费结构是消费问题研究的核心问题之一,消费结构的变动不仅可以为产业结构的调整提供方向,消费结构的合理化更是有利于社会经济的健康良性发展。本文从描述新疆农村居民消费结构的变动趋势出发,使用结构变动度、信息熵等多种方式分析了新疆农村居民消费结构变动特征,发现居民消费从生存型向发展享受型加速变动;随后使用1998~2013年的时间序列数据建立AIDS模型研究了居民消费结构的变动规律,并对各类消费品进行了弹性分析。在上述研究的基础上,本文依据消费结构的合理性标准,对居民消费结构演进的合理化进行了研究,结果发现,居民消费层次依然偏低,发展享受型消费尤其是家用设备、交通通讯和文教娱乐消费等应受到关注。本文随后简要探讨了一些主要的居民消费结构影响因素,并在此基础上探讨了改进消费结构的措施。针对促进消费结构合理化的难点所在——文教娱乐消费,本文研究了不同收入来源对消费结构的异质性影响,考察改善收入结构来促进消费结构合理化的可行性。结果表明,促进农村居民工资性收入的增长,同时对非基本收入进行合理运用,可以显著促进农村居民消费结构的升级。最后,本文对主要的研究结论进行了总结,并提出了促进居民消费结构升级的政策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the shrinking of foreign markets after the international financial crisis, the malpractice of the development mode of over-reliance on investment in China has emerged, and the expansion of domestic demand has become the key to the transformation of economic development model. Xinjiang has vast area, rich mineral resources and typical resource and energy dependence. In the current economic situation, it is necessary to pay more attention to the role of consumption in economic development in order to maintain stable and high speed economic growth. Consumption structure is one of the core problems in the study of consumption problem. The change of consumption structure can not only provide the direction for the adjustment of industrial structure, but also the rationalization of consumption structure is conducive to the healthy and benign development of social economy. Based on describing the changing trend of consumption structure of rural residents in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the changing characteristics of consumption structure of rural residents in Xinjiang by using structural change degree and information entropy. It is found that the change of resident consumption from survival type to development enjoyment type is accelerated, and then using the time series data from 1998 to 2013 to establish the AIDS model to study the changing law of resident consumption structure, and to analyze the elasticity of all kinds of consumer goods. On the basis of the above research, according to the reasonable standard of consumption structure, this paper studies the rationalization of the evolution of resident consumption structure. The results show that the consumption level of residents is still on the low side, and the development of enjoyment consumption, especially household equipment, is still on the low side. Communication and entertainment consumption of culture and education should be paid attention to. Then this paper briefly discusses some main factors affecting the consumption structure of residents, and then discusses the measures to improve the consumption structure. Aiming at the difficulty of promoting the rationalization of consumption structure-entertainment consumption of culture and education, this paper studies the heterogeneity influence of different income sources on consumption structure, and investigates the feasibility of improving income structure to promote the rationalization of consumption structure. The results show that promoting the increase of rural residents' wage income and making rational use of non-basic income can significantly promote the upgrading of rural residents' consumption structure. Finally, this paper summarizes the main conclusions and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the upgrading of the consumption structure of residents.
