生产经营型农机合作社面临资金困境的原因分析及对策建议——以黑龙江省为例

【摘要】：本文通过对黑龙江省生产经营型农机合作社的调查,发现资金匮乏已成为制约生产经营型农机合作社发展的主要瓶颈。因此,本文按照生命周期理论将生产经营型农机合作社分为诞生期、发展期、成熟期和分化期四个阶段,以经济学中的供求理论为依托,从供给和需求两方面分析了生产经营型农机合作社在不同的发展阶段陷入资金困境的主要原因。从需求的角度来看,农机合作社在诞生期和发展期,资金需求的增加主要表现为直接性生产成本推动型,而在成熟期和分化期,则主要表现为投资推动型。同时,从内因和外因两个角度分析了生产经营型农机合作社资金供给不足的原因。最后,提出培育新型农业企业家,完善经营管理制度,规范与拓展金融支持渠道,鼓励联合创办资金互助社等对策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province, it is found that the lack of funds has become the main bottleneck restricting the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives. Therefore, according to the life cycle theory, this paper divides the productive and operating agricultural machinery cooperatives into four stages: nativity, development, maturity and differentiation, relying on the theory of supply and demand in economics. This paper analyzes the main reasons why the agricultural machinery cooperatives of production and management fall into the financial dilemma in different stages of development from the two aspects of supply and demand. From the point of view of demand, the increase of fund demand is mainly direct production cost push type in the birth and development period of agricultural machinery cooperative, while in maturity and differentiation stage, it is mainly investment driven type. At the same time, the paper analyzes the reasons for the shortage of fund supply from internal and external causes. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as cultivating new agricultural entrepreneurs, perfecting management system, standardizing and expanding financial support channels, and encouraging the joint establishment of mutual fund cooperatives.
