政府主导型美丽乡村建设模式的共性问题与主体定位

【摘要】：立足美丽乡村建设的理论内涵和实践状况,系统剖析政府主导型美丽乡村建设模式中存在的共性问题,并基于政府、村域自治组织、村民、企业和社会机构等多元建设主体维度,比较分析各主体的资源优势、参与诉求和潜在困境,在此基础上从多元主体角色定位视角提出各主体协同参与美丽乡村建设的相关途径。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory and practice of beautiful rural construction , the system analyzes the common problems existing in the government - led beautiful rural construction model , and compares the resource advantages , participation demands and potential difficulties of each subject based on the multi - element construction subject dimension such as the government , village - domain autonomous organization , villagers , enterprises and social institutions , and puts forward the relevant ways of participating in the beautiful rural construction from the perspective of multi - body role positioning .
