陕西省羊肉价格波动的影响因素及效应分析

【摘要】：养羊业是陕西省农民长期以来从事的一项传统产业,也是陕西省农业和农村经济收入的重要支柱产业。羊肉是陕西省居民日常消费最普遍的动物性食物,因此,肉羊养殖产业的持续稳定健康发展,对居民的饮食结构、农民的收入来源乃至社会的稳定都有重要意义。近年来,陕西省的羊肉价格持续上升,尤其是2005年以后,羊肉价格快速增长,但是从2014年3月份以后羊肉价格的开始逐渐下跌。当前,我国学者研究关于猪肉价格波动的研究很全面,但是研究羊肉价格波动的特征、成因以及羊肉价格波动因素效应进行系统分析的很少。因此,本文从羊肉价格波动特点、波动特征及波动成因入手,通过调研分析羊肉价格波动的影响因素,系统分析羊肉价格波动所产生的影响效应,在此基础上提出相关政策建议,从而为养羊业健康有序的发展提供良好的理论指导。首先,通过阅读大量国内外参考文献,形成了本文的文献综述、研究目标、研究内容、研究方法以及技术路线;其次,介绍了羊肉市场价格波动主要的经济理论;然后,分析了陕西省的肉羊业发展现状及发展特点及陕西省羊肉价格波动情况和波动特征;接着,通过调研定边县和黄龙县大型养殖基地对陕西省羊肉价格波动的影响因素进行分析,并且结合相关数据,说明羊肉价格波动对部分主体的影响效应;最后,根据上文分析得出主要结论,根据得出陕西省羊肉价格波动的结论,结合陕西省实际情况,提出稳定羊肉价格具体措施和建议。通过本文的研究,为今后学者做羊肉相关研究提供理论参考,为陕西省制定相关政策提供理论依据,对促进陕西省羊肉产业持续、稳定、健康发展,由收入这一变量,可推断养殖户的生活水平,因此收入对陕西省养殖户具有重大意义
[Abstract]:Sheep farming is a traditional industry for farmers in Shaanxi Province for a long time. It is also an important pillar industry of agriculture and rural economic income in Shaanxi Province. Mutton is the most common animal food consumed by the residents in Shaanxi Province. Therefore, the sustainable, stable and healthy development of meat sheep breeding industry is of great significance to the dietary structure of residents, the income source of farmers and even the stability of society. In recent years, the price of mutton in Shaanxi Province has been rising, especially after 2005, but the price of mutton began to decline gradually after March 2014. At present, the research on pork price fluctuation is very comprehensive, but the characteristics of mutton price fluctuation, the causes of mutton price fluctuation and the effect of mutton price fluctuation are seldom analyzed systematically. Therefore, this paper starts with the characteristics, characteristics and causes of mutton price fluctuation, analyzes the influencing factors of mutton price fluctuation through investigation and analysis, and systematically analyzes the influence effect of mutton price fluctuation. On this basis, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward so as to provide good theoretical guidance for the healthy and orderly development of sheep industry. First of all, by reading a large number of domestic and foreign references, this paper forms a literature review, research objectives, research content, research methods and technical routes; secondly, introduced the main economic theory of the price fluctuation of mutton market; then, The present situation and characteristics of meat sheep industry in Shaanxi Province and the fluctuation of mutton price in Shaanxi Province are analyzed. Then, the factors influencing the fluctuation of mutton price in Shaanxi Province are analyzed by investigating the large breeding bases in Dingbian County and Huanglong County. And combined with relevant data to explain the impact of mutton price fluctuations on part of the main body; finally, according to the above analysis of the main conclusions, according to the conclusion of the price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province, combined with the actual situation in Shaanxi Province, Put forward specific measures and suggestions to stabilize mutton price. Through the research of this paper, it provides a theoretical reference for the scholars to do mutton related research in the future, provides the theoretical basis for Shaanxi Province to formulate the related policy, promotes the Shaanxi Province mutton industry to develop continuously, steadily, healthily, by the income this variable, The living standard of farmers can be inferred, so income is of great significance to farmers in Shaanxi Province.
