南木林县贫困成因及精准脱贫成效研究

【摘要】：西藏自治区是全国唯一一个集中连片贫困区,全区约70万贫困人口,接近全区总人口1/5。文章以西藏自治区南木林县四乡一镇中的7个自然村为调查点,对南木林县的资源禀赋、贫困特点及成因、既有扶贫工作经验以及精准脱贫工作现状进行调研,发现在南木林县精准脱贫工作中主要存在着建档立卡工作不规范,县、乡、村干部形不成合力,产业脱贫项目市场参与度不够以及易地搬迁工程后续就业手段不明确等问题,并就此问题提出相关的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:The Tibet Autonomous region is the only poverty-stricken area in the country, with about 700000 people living in poverty, close to a fifth of the region's total population. Taking seven natural villages in four townships and one town in Namulin County, Tibet Autonomous region as investigation points, this paper investigates the natural endowment, poverty characteristics and causes of poverty, as well as the experience of poverty alleviation and the current situation of accurate poverty alleviation in Nanmu Lin County, Tibet Autonomous region. It is found that in the work of accurate poverty eradication in Nanmu Lin County, there are mainly problems such as the non-standard work of building grade card, the lack of joint force among county, township and village cadres, the insufficient market participation of industrial poverty alleviation projects and the unclear employment means of the subsequent relocation projects. And put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on this issue.
