浅析福州市果蔬农产品安全问题和对策

【摘要】：本文通过查阅国内外有关农产品安全方面的法律法规,农业信息资源、农业数据库等一系列相关领域的大量文献资料;通过在福州各农产品加工地、超市、农贸市场和批发市场等处随机抽取若干样品,按照中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T 761—2008,用气相色谱法进行有机磷、拟除虫菊酯和噻嗪酮农药残留检测,·通过在福州市区内选择抽取若干数量的农户作为调查对象,就其质量安全意识和对果蔬农产品安全生产及监管方面的认识情况进行问卷调查的方法,掌握作为农产品生产主体的农民对农产品安全生产的认识及福州市果蔬农产品质量安全情况等。在对查阅到的国内外文献资料和调查、检测中所获得的数据及了解收集的情况、观点进行甄选梳理和综合研究及借鉴国外先进的经验的基础上,就农产品质量安全问题的内涵、现状和产生原因进行了全面的分析,并针对如何完善福州市果蔬农产品质量安全体系和相关制度建设,及解决"从农田到餐桌"这一过程中的安全问题,切实为人们的食品安全提供保障,提出了对策和建议。
[Abstract]:By consulting a large number of documents related to the laws and regulations of agricultural products safety at home and abroad, agricultural information resources, agricultural database and a series of related fields, some samples are randomly selected from the agricultural products processing sites, supermarkets, farmers' markets and wholesale markets in Fuzhou, according to the standard of agricultural industry of People's Republic of China, NY /T 761 - 2008, organophosphorus, pyrethroid and thiazine pesticide residues were detected by gas chromatography. By selecting a number of farmers in Fuzhou city as the investigation object, the quality safety awareness and the knowledge of safety production and supervision of Guo Shunong products were investigated by questionnaire. The farmers' understanding of the production safety of agricultural products and the quality and safety of the fruit and vegetable products in Fuzhou. The connotation, present situation and causes of the quality and safety of agricultural products were analyzed comprehensively. The safety problems in the process of improving the quality and safety system of the fruit and vegetable products in Fuzhou and the related system were solved. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to ensure the safety of the food safety.
