【摘要】：我国是一个农业大国,粮食安全在国民经济发展中占据重要地位。榆树市被誉为“全国第一产粮大县”,玉米是榆树市粮食生产的主力产品,本文特别针对榆树市玉米产业的发展问题进行研究,通过分析玉米产业发展中的生产、加工以及流通环节的现状,总结在产业发展过程中各个环节存在的问题以及原因,进而提出针对性的对策建议,对于榆树市玉米产业健康发展具有重要意义。通过研究发现,榆树市玉米产业发展现状主要表现在玉米单产水平逐年升高,机械化水平不断提升,但是玉米深加工技术不足,以及流通成本较大。存在问题主要是劳动力文化素质低、种植结构不合理、连作透支、精深加工水平较低以及流通机制不顺畅等问题。而影响玉米产业发展的因素从政策因素、技术因素、市场因素、经营主体因素四个方面入手进行分析,从而得出榆树市玉米产业发展相关的研究结论和对策建议。基于以上分析,本文从种植专用玉米、强化农牧结合的农户经营结构、不断推进玉米加工产业转型升级、加大粮食流通基础设施投入、完善信息化管理服务体系等方面提出对策建议,以期对榆树市玉米产业健康发展提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, food security plays an important role in the development of national economy. Yushu City is known as "the largest grain producing county in the country". Corn is the main product of grain production in Yushu City. This paper studies the development of maize industry in Yushu City, and analyzes the production in the development of maize industry. The present situation of processing and circulation links, the problems and reasons in each link in the process of industrial development are summarized, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which is of great significance for the healthy development of maize industry in Yushu City. It is found that the present situation of maize industry development in Yushu City is mainly reflected in the increase of maize yield level and mechanization level year by year, but the deep processing technology of maize is insufficient and the circulation cost is large. The main problems are low cultural quality of labor force, unreasonable planting structure, continuous overdraft, low level of deep processing and unsmooth circulation mechanism. The factors influencing the development of maize industry are analyzed from four aspects: policy factor, technical factor, market factor and management subject factor, and the research conclusions and countermeasures of the development of maize industry in Yushu City are obtained. Based on the above analysis, this paper, from planting special corn, strengthening the management structure of farmers combined with agriculture and animal husbandry, continuously promoting the transformation and upgrading of corn processing industry, increasing the investment in the infrastructure of grain circulation, In order to provide scientific basis for the healthy development of maize industry in Yushu City, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to perfect the information management and service system.
