职业教育服务黑龙江民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫的措施与建议

【摘要】：黑龙江少数民族和民族地区存在着结构性和因灾、因病、因愚等致贫原因,贫困面较大,贫困程度深。职业教育服务民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫,要发挥黑龙江民族职业学院专业群对扶贫脱贫的潜力与优势,进一步贯彻落实精准扶贫制度、完善精准扶贫办学目标、落实精准扶贫招生政策、强化精准扶贫培训等措施。积极构建职业学院技术扶贫脱贫牵头、少数民族和民族地区政府统筹、当地经济和市场情况"三位一体"的民族地区扶贫脱贫管理体制。实施财政资金支持的民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫培训和产业化专项资金扶持项目,是职业教育服务少数民族和民族地区精准扶贫精准脱贫最重要的扶贫攻坚任务。
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang ethnic minority and ethnic areas exist structural and disaster, illness, ignorance and other causes of poverty, the poverty area is large, the degree of poverty is deep. Vocational education serves precision and precision poverty alleviation in ethnic areas. It is necessary to give full play to the potential and advantages of the professional group of Heilongjiang Vocational College for nationalities in helping the poor, to further implement the system of precision poverty alleviation, and to perfect the goal of running schools with precision poverty relief. Carry out the policy of accurate poverty alleviation enrollment, strengthen the measures of precision poverty alleviation training and so on. We should actively set up a management system of technical poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in vocational colleges, the governments of minority and minority areas as a whole, and the local economy and market situation as a whole. It is the most important task for vocational education to help ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas to get rid of poverty with precision and precision poverty alleviation, which is supported by financial funds, and the training of precision poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas and the special fund support project of industrialization is the most important task.
