芜湖市失地农民就业空间行为研究

【摘要】:随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,大量农用地被不停的转化为建设用地,失地农民的数量逐年增加,失地农民的生存与发展已经成为影响社会发展的重要问题。关注失地农民就业情况,探索失地农民就业空间行为特征、规律及和就业相伴的通勤行为特征和就业空间结构,以及如何提高失地农民生活质量及城市归属感,完成市民角色的转变,探索新型城镇化建设新路径,促进经济社会可持续发展,已经成为经济学、社会学、城市地理学等学科的研究焦点问题。本文以芜湖市失地农民为研究对象,运用GIS空间分析、地理集中指数、空间曲线、SPSS因子分析和多元方差分析等方法,探讨了芜湖市失地农民就业空间特征、行为模式及就业空间决策过程。全文共分为四部分:第一部分为研究背景和研究意义。对国内外相关研究进行了梳理,介相关概念和基础理论,以及选题背景、研究内容、研究方法、技术路线和研究思路等。第二部运用GIS空间分析、地理集中指数和空间曲线等方法,探讨了芜湖市失地农民就业空间特征、行为模式及影响因素。得出芜湖市失地农民就业以本地就业为主,空间整体上呈大集中、小分散的格局,为单中心的社区圈层模式;在市域尺度上本地就业在空间上呈现郊区为就业热区,社区尺度上,短距离就业为主,就业流向主要集中在1-5km距离段,其中2km处出现就业人数高峰。就业空间行为模式类型多样,本地社区就业型占主导地位。失地农民就业空间行为受多种因素影响,是结构性因素、制度性因素和能动性因素等共同作用的结果,其中,城市化过程中制度转型与空间重构实现了郊区就业集聚格局,使得芜湖市失地农民就业在空间选择上以就近就业为主;失地农民自身的属性特征影响着其对就业空间行为的决策。第三部分别从就业动机、决策因子认知和就业决策行为三个方面分析了芜湖市失地农民的就业空间行为决策过程。通过问卷调研和深度访谈获取资料,利用SPSS因子分析、多元方差分析和质性分析法对芜湖市失地农民就业空间行为决策过程进行了分析,得出生存动机是当前失地农民就业的最主要、最基本的动机;就业空间环境感知方面,芜湖失地农民对就业地是否“离家近”、“方便接送子女上下学”及“交通便利”等空间因子的认同度最高;就业空间决策方面,市内区内就业人数最多,其次是本市区际,然后是省内市外,省际就业的人数最少,低成本的生活空间提高了失地农民近距离空间粘着性,导致就近就业空间的生成;此外,不同社会经济属性的失地农民,就业决策差异明显。第四部分通过失地农民就业满意度描述和分析芜湖市失地农民就业体验行为特征,得出芜湖市失地农民对当前就业的总体满意度不高;不同区位安置小区、不同社会经济属性特征的失地农民的就业满意度差异明显。第五部分是结语,总结了全文得出的核心观点和主要结论,以及提出相关建议策略,并针对研究的不足之处对未来的失地农民研究做出科学合理的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's urbanization process, a large number of agricultural land has been transformed into construction land, the number of land lost farmers has increased year by year. The survival and development of landless farmers has become an important issue affecting the social development. The characteristics of the commuter's commuter and the structure of the employment space, and how to improve the quality of life and the sense of belonging of the city, the transformation of the citizens' role, the new path of urbanization and the sustainable development of the economy and society have become the focus of economics, sociology and city geography. This article is in Wuhu The urban landless farmers as the research object, using GIS spatial analysis, geographical concentration index, spatial curve, SPSS factor analysis and multivariate analysis of variance, this paper discusses the employment space characteristics, behavior patterns and employment space decision-making process of Wuhu land lost farmers. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the research background and research significance. The external related research has been combed, related concepts and basic theories, as well as the background of topic selection, research content, research methods, technical route and research ideas. The second parts, using GIS spatial analysis, geographical concentration index and spatial curve, discussed the characteristics, behavior patterns and influencing factors of the land lost farmers in Wuhu. The employment of land lost farmers in the lake city is based on local employment, with a large concentration of space on the whole, a small scattered pattern, a single center community circle pattern; the local employment in the city is a hot area of employment in the suburb, the community scale, the short distance employment, the employment flow mainly concentrated in the 1-5km distance, of which the 2km appears. There are various types of employment space behavior patterns, and the employment pattern of the local community is dominant. The employment space behavior of the landless farmers is influenced by many factors, which is the result of structural factors, institutional factors and dynamic factors. In the process of urbanization, the system transformation and space reconstruction have realized the suburban employment agglomeration. The pattern has made the employment of land lost farmers in Wuhu based on the near employment, and the property characteristics of the landless farmers affect their decision-making on the employment space behavior. The third departments have analyzed the employment space behavior decision of the land lost farmers in Wuhu from three aspects of employment motivation, decision factor cognition and employment decision-making behavior. By means of SPSS factor analysis, multivariate analysis of variance and qualitative analysis, this paper analyzes the decision-making process of the employment space behavior of Wuhu landless farmers by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. It is found that birth motivation is the most important and basic motivation of the current land lost farmers' employment; the perception of employment space environment, and the loss of Wuhu land Farmers have the highest degree of identification of the space factors such as "close to home", "convenient delivery of children and children" and "transportation convenience". In terms of employment space decision-making, the number of employment in the city is the most, followed by the urban area, and then outside the province, the number of interprovincial employment is the least, and the low cost living space has raised the land lost farmers. The near distance space stickiness leads to the formation of the near employment space; in addition, the different social and economic property lost farmers have obvious difference in employment decision. The fourth part describes and analyzes the employment experience characteristics of Wuhu land lost farmers through the employment satisfaction of the landless peasants, and obtains the overall satisfaction of the land lost farmers in Wuhu on the current employment. The degree of employment satisfaction of the land lost farmers with different social and economic attributes is distinct. The fifth part is the conclusion, summarizes the core ideas and main conclusions, and puts forward the relevant suggestions and strategies, and makes scientific and reasonable research on the future land lost farmers.
