主销区粮食供应链信息共享影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着加入WTO过渡期的结束,我国粮食安全面临着跨国粮食企业的强烈冲击。高度依赖于外省甚至是外国粮源的粮食主销区,一旦遇到不稳定因素,容易产生粮食市场波动乃至粮食危机,所以必须建立起高效的粮食供应链,且只有这样才能与国外ABCD四大粮商抗衡,才能保障我国粮食市场需求的有效满足,而其中信息共享是最为重要的一环。粮食供应链上下游企业通过信息的及时传递与共享能够协同各成员企业对环境做出快速而一致的响应。重要的是,粮食供应链信息共享的实现能为上下游企业带来丰厚的利润,也非常有利于促进主销区粮食安全保障。但现实情况是,粮食供应链信息共享不如人意,彼此的不信任、利益分配不均等问题影响着信息共享的质量,所以需要对主销区粮食供应链信息共享因素及其权重等进行理论与实际相结合的研究。笔者在探究主销区粮食供应链特性、供应链信息共享影响因素等文献后,根据TOE模型框架及相关原则,对粮食供应链信息共享因素进行了初步筛选、归纳、剔除与重点分析,初拟了影响因素指标体系,并通过问卷调查与相关分析等获得了相对科学的指标体系。笔者认为影响粮食供应链的信息共享因素一共有10个：信息基础设施建设、信息技术的可靠安全性、兼容性、合作驱动因素、信息化成本因素、人力资源、粮食供应链合作伙伴关系、粮食供应链合作伙伴特征、信息共享合作风险与制度环境。根据研究提出的粮食供应链信息共享影响因素指标体系,本文以苏州粮食批发交易市场供应链为例,设置专家问卷,并运用层次分析法,分析了各因素的权重,得出信息基础设施的建设、合作驱动因素、信息共享风险、信息共享成本等主要影响因素,从而为改善苏州批发交易市场供应链信息共享状况等提供了可供参考的思路与建议。
[Abstract]:With the end of the transition period after China's entry into WTO, China's grain security is facing a strong impact from multinational grain enterprises. Food distribution areas that depend heavily on other provinces or even foreign grain sources are prone to food market fluctuations or even food crises once they encounter unstable factors. Therefore, an efficient food supply chain must be established. Only in this way can we compete with the four grain merchants of foreign countries and guarantee the effective satisfaction of the demand of grain market in our country, in which information sharing is the most important part. The upstream and downstream enterprises of grain supply chain can cooperate with each other to make a rapid and consistent response to the environment through the timely transmission and sharing of information. The important thing is that the realization of information sharing in grain supply chain can bring rich profits to the upstream and downstream enterprises, and it is also helpful to promote the food security in the main selling areas. However, the reality is that the information sharing in the grain supply chain is unsatisfactory, mutual distrust and unequal distribution of benefits affect the quality of information sharing. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the theory and practice of the information sharing factors and their weights of grain supply chain in the main selling area. After exploring the characteristics of grain supply chain in main selling area and the influencing factors of supply chain information sharing, according to the framework of TOE model and relevant principles, the author preliminarily screened the information sharing factors of grain supply chain, summarized, eliminated and emphatically analyzed the information sharing factors of grain supply chain. The index system of influencing factors is drawn up, and a relatively scientific index system is obtained by questionnaire survey and correlation analysis. The author thinks that there are 10 factors influencing the information sharing in grain supply chain: information infrastructure construction, reliable security of information technology, compatibility, cooperative driving factor, information cost factor, human resource, etc. Grain supply chain partnership, grain supply chain partnership characteristics, information sharing cooperation risk and institutional environment. According to the index system of the influencing factors of grain supply chain information sharing, this paper takes the supply chain of Suzhou grain wholesale market as an example, sets up expert questionnaire, and analyzes the weight of each factor by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The main influencing factors, such as the construction of information infrastructure, the driving factor of cooperation, the risk of information sharing, the cost of information sharing, etc., are obtained, which provide some ideas and suggestions for improving the situation of information sharing in supply chain of Suzhou Wholesale Market.
