基于文本挖掘的乡村旅游需求特征与体验差异研究——以上海市为例

【摘要】:借助在线口碑评价和文本挖掘方法,深入研究了上海市乡村旅游的市场需求特征、目的地体验共性和体验分异。上海乡村旅游目的地的在线点评热度具有显著的季节性特征,获得有关称号的乡村旅游目的地平均月点评数较高。游客的体验呈多功能复合型、景观观赏型和采摘体验型的同质化分异,且多功能复合型目的地游客体验的同质化倾向较严重。游客对乡村性事项的表达不足,乡村旅游产品和服务的品质仍有较大提升空间。采用文本分析法提取的上海市乡村旅游需求特征,与文献研究中展现的需求特征基本一致,说明文本分析法具有较高的准确性。
[Abstract]:With the help of online word-of-mouth evaluation and text mining, the market demand characteristics, destination experience commonness and experience differentiation of rural tourism in Shanghai are studied. The online reviews of rural tourism destinations in Shanghai have significant seasonal characteristics, and the average monthly rating of rural tourism destinations with the relevant titles is higher. The tourists' experience is multifunctional, the landscape viewing and picking experience are homogenous, and the multi-function complex destination is more homogenous. There is still much room for improvement in the quality of rural tourism products and services. The characteristics of rural tourism demand in Shanghai extracted by text analysis are basically consistent with the demand characteristics presented in the literature study, which shows that the text analysis method has a high accuracy.
