我国保险资金投资种业的路径及机制研究

【摘要】：保险资金投资种业对于提高保险资金运用水平和促进种业发展具有重要的现实意义。本文首先系统地论证了保险资金投资种业的可行性,然后在借鉴国内外实践经验的基础上对保险资金投资种业的路径即信托、债权、基金、贷款、股票以及与种业平台合作等模式进行了归结研究,并从风险管控、增值共生、环境保障等三个角度进行了机制设计,最后提出了相应的政策建议,以期为保险资金投资种业提供理论借鉴与决策参考。
[Abstract]:The investment of insurance funds in seed industry is of great practical significance to improve the utilization level of insurance funds and promote the development of seed industry. This paper first demonstrates the feasibility of insurance fund investment in seed industry, and then, on the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign practical experience, discusses the path of insurance fund investment seed industry, that is, trust, creditor's right, fund, loan, etc. Stock and cooperation with seed industry platform were studied, and the mechanism was designed from three angles of risk control, value-added symbiosis and environmental protection. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations were put forward. In order to provide theoretical reference and decision-making reference for insurance fund investment seed industry.
