王家大院景区周边环境土地利用空间演变研究

【摘要】:随着旅游产业的不断发展,景区开发日渐成熟,而其周边环境却依然杂乱无序,出现景区与周边发展相分离的矛盾。相对于景区内部受到严格的保护和诸多的限制而言,周边环境变更的频度和变化的程度及其本身结构的复杂性和特殊性均远远超过了景区内部。作为景区的边缘区、过渡区和缓冲区,周边环境成为旅游发展中问题最多,变化最大和最敏感的地带,也是未来旅游业发展的关键区域。在旅游经济利益的驱动下,景区周边土地利用变化显著,旅游用地规模逐渐扩张,对景区旅游可持续发展有着重要影响。因此,探索专门针对景区周边环境的土地利用变化及空间结构演变成为需要关注的科学问题。本文以王家大院景区周边环境为研究对象,利用遥感影像解译监测和GIS空间分析技术,对其周边环境空间演变及影响因素进行分析,比较景区周边土地利用自1997年开展旅游业以来的动态变化,主要包括以下内容:(1)以静升村1999、2002、2007、2015年Landsat TM和ETM遥感影像数据为基础,通过对遥感影像的处理和解译,提取四期土地利用动态变化的面积和类型,并进一步采用土地利用变化幅度、土地利用动态度等数学模型,分析王家大院景区周边土地利用动态变化的规律特征。(2)根据周边环境演变路径,探寻其演变机理,从政府政策、旅游需求、经济发展等六个方面对王家大院景区周边土地利用变化驱动力因素进行分析。通过以上研究,得出主要结论如下:(1)王家大院景区周边土地利用格局经历了初始期、发展期、提升期三个阶段,景区周边建设用地变化幅度和变化速度最为显著,耕地、林地由于旅游经济的发展逐渐向建设用地转变。(2)在空间结构变化上,静升村建设用地呈现出以王家大院为中心向外围扩张的趋势,由原先的带状分布逐渐发展为片状分布,围绕旅游景区、静升中心路进行集聚与扩展。(3)影响景区周边土地利用变化的驱动因子包括旅游需求的变化、政府规划的推动、产业政策的扶持、县域经济的发展、基础设施的完善以及社会生产方式的转变,起主导作用的已由旅游资源价值转化为土地资源价值,更多的指向了综合性外在因素。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of tourism industry, the development of scenic spots is maturing day by day, but the surrounding environment is still disorderly, and there is a contradiction between scenic spots and the development of surrounding areas. Compared with the strict protection and many restrictions within the scenic area, the frequency and the degree of change of the surrounding environment and the complexity and particularity of its own structure are far more than the interior of the scenic area. As the marginal area, transition zone and buffer zone of the scenic area, the surrounding environment has become the most problematic, most changeable and most sensitive zone in the tourism development, and it is also the key area of the future tourism development. Driven by the economic benefits of tourism, the land use around the scenic area has changed significantly, and the scale of tourism land has gradually expanded, which has an important impact on the sustainable development of scenic area tourism. Therefore, exploring the land use change and spatial structure evolution of the surrounding environment has become a scientific problem to be paid attention to. In this paper, the surrounding environment of Wangjia Courtyard is taken as the research object, and the spatial evolution and influencing factors of the surrounding environment are analyzed by using remote sensing image interpretation and monitoring and GIS spatial analysis technology. Comparing the dynamic changes of land use around the scenic area since the tourism industry began in 1997, mainly including the following contents: 1) based on the data of Jingsheng Village 1999 / 2002 / 2007 and Landsat TM and ETM remote sensing images in 2015, through the processing and interpretation of remote sensing images, The area and type of land use dynamic change in four periods were extracted, and the mathematical models such as the extent of land use change, the dynamic attitude of land use and other mathematical models were further adopted. According to the evolution path of the surrounding environment, this paper explores the evolution mechanism of the land use dynamic change in the scenic area of Wangjia Courtyard, from the angle of government policy and tourism demand. This paper analyzes the driving factors of land use change around WangjiaCourtyard from six aspects of economic development. Through the above research, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) the land use pattern around the Wangjia Courtyard has experienced three stages: initial period, development period and promotion period. The change range and speed of the construction land around the scenic spot is the most significant. Cultivated land, Due to the development of tourism economy, the forest land gradually changed to the construction land. (2) in the spatial structure change, the construction land of Jingsheng village showed a tendency of expanding to the periphery with Wang Jia courtyard as the center, and gradually developed from the original zonal distribution to the sheet distribution. The driving factors influencing the land use change around the scenic spot include the change of tourism demand, the promotion of government planning, the support of industrial policy, the development of county economy. With the improvement of infrastructure and the change of social production mode, the leading role has been changed from the value of tourism resources to the value of land resources, which points to comprehensive external factors.
